 PLEASE ADDRESS THE FOLLOWING COMMENTS. RESPOND TO THE
 COMMENTS IN WRITING AND/OR ON THE PLANS WHERE
 APPLICABLE:
  
 1.) UPDATED SIGNED AND SEALED SURVEY OF THE PROPERTY IS
 REQUIRED.
  
 2.) MORE INFORMATION REQUIRED ON THE HABITABLE SPACE OF
 EACH UNIT PROPOSED ON THE SUBJECT PROPERTY. UNIT SIZE
 INFORMATION AND CALCULATIONS NOT PROVIDED IN THE PLANS.
  
 3.) MINIMUM STANDARDS FOR ALL PROPOSED HABITABLE SPACE
 SHALL BE CONSISTENT WITH CHAPTER 18 (BUILDINGS AND
 BUILDING REGULATIONS) OF THE CITY?S CODE OF ORDINANCES.
  
 4.) HOW WILL TRASH BE HANDLED FOR THE PROPERTY? PLEASE
 IDENTIFY THE LOCATION ON SITE FOR TRASH CONTAINERS,
 ETC.
  
 5.) CLEARLY SHOW THE SETBACK FROM ALL PROPOSED HARD
 SURFACES (I.E. STEPS, DRIVEWAY, ETC.) TO THE PROPERTY
 LINE(S). SETBACK DISTANCES MUST CONFORM TO THE MINIMUM
 SETBACK REQUIREMENTS OF THE ZONING AND LAND DEVELOPMENT
 REGULATIONS (ZLDRS).
  
 6.) ONLY ONE (1) ACCESS POINT ON 34TH STREET IS
 PERMITTED. PROPOSED SITE PLAN SHOWS TWO (2) ACCESS
 POINTS WHICH IS NOT PERMITTED. [ZLDR S.94-312(1)]
  
 7.) THE VALUE OF THE CONSTRUCTION FROM PERMITS
 TABULATED FOR THE YEAR EXCEEDS 50% OF THE STRUCTURE?S
 VALUE ($39,177.00) ACCORDING TO THE P.B.C. PROPERTY
 APPRAISER'S OFFICE; THEREFORE, PURSUANT TO SECTION
 94-441(C)(2) OF THE ZONING AND LAND DEVELOPMENT
 REGULATIONS (ZLDR), THE LANDSCAPE ON THE SITE SHALL BE
 IN COMPLIANCE WITH ALL APPLICABLE REGULATIONS FOUND IN
 ARTICLE XIV OF THE ZLDR. IF THE SITE CONFORMS TO
 ARTICLE XIV, THEN TWO (2) COPIES OF A LANDSCAPE PLAN
 DEMONSTRATING COMPLIANCE SHALL BE INCLUDED WITH THE
 PERMIT RE-SUBMITTAL. IF THE SITE DOES NOT CONFORM TO
 ARTICLE XIV, THEN PRIOR TO THE ZONING APPROVAL OF THIS
 PERMIT A SEPARATE LANDSCAPE PERMIT AND IRRIGATION
 PERMIT SHALL BE SUBMITTED SHOWING MATERIAL TO BRING THE
 SITE INTO CONFORMITY.
