 DRAINAGE PLAN SHOWING HOW THE SURFACE DRAINAGE IS KEPT
 WITHIN THE LOT AND NOT DIVERTED TO ADJACENT PROPERTIES.
 PROVIDE DRAINAGE PLAN SHOWING COMPLIANCE WITH THE
 FOLLOWING:
 R401.3 FBC-RESIDENTIAL. SEC. 107.2.5 CITY AMENDMENTS
 AND SEC. 110.9 CITY AMENDMENTS.
 NOTE: DRAINAGE PLAN TO SHOW THE EXISTING AND PROPOSED
 GRADE ELEVATIONS SHOWING HOW KEEPING WATER AWAY FROM
 ADJACENT PROPERTIES.
  
 2-ENERGY CALCULATIONS SUBMITTED:
 NOTE: THIS HOUSE IS A CONTRIBUTING HISTORIC HOUSE.
 ENERGY CALCULATIONS ARE NOT REQUIRED. BUT IF APPLICANT

 SHOWING THE CURRENT CODE OR MIAMI DADE NOA.
 IF NONE OF THESE OPTIONS IS AVAILABLE, THEN
 MANUFACTURER MAY APPLY FOR LOCAL PRODUCT APPROVAL BY
 SUBMITTING COMPLETE ENGINEERING SIGNED AND SEALED
 DRAWINGS FOR BUILDING OFFICIAL APPROVAL. FAC

 SEC. R704 FBC-RESIDENTIAL.
 NOTE: PLANS SPECIFY T & G WOOD CEILING ALT. W.L. &
 STUCCO. PROVIDE COMPLETE DETAIL/SPECS FOR ALT. W.L. &
 STUCCO SOFFIT CONSTRUCTION SHOWING COMPLIANCE WITH WIND
 RESISTANCE.
  
 6- PROVIDE ICC EVALUATION REPORT FOR THE ICYNENE R-20
 INSULATION TO VERIFY COMPLIANCE WITH SEC. R316
 FBC-RESIDENTIAL.

 7- SPECIFY ATTIC ACCESS SIZE AND LOCATION IN NEW
 ADDITION. ALSO, SPECIFY SIZE FOR NEW ATTIC ACCESS SHOWN
 IN GARAGE AREA. SEC. R807 FBC-RESIDENTIAL.
