 2020 EXISTING BUILDING CODE. 801.3 COMPLIANCE. ALL NEW
 CONSTRUCTION ELEMENTS, COMPONENTS, SYSTEMS, AND SPACES
 SHALL COMPLY WITH THE REQUIREMENTS OF THE FLORIDA
 BUILDING CODE, BUILDING.

 1) FLOOR PLAN. CERTIFICATION BY CONTRACTOR. 107.3.4.3.
 THE CONTRACTOR (QUALIFIER) THAT CREATED / DREW THE
 FLOOR PLAN WILL NEED TO IDENTIFY THEMSELVES AS THE
 AUTHOR OF THE PLANS. PLEASE PRINT YOUR NAME, SIGN YOUR
 NAME AND LICENSE NUMBER FOR THE TRADE YOU ARE LICENSED
 IN AND PLANS DRAWN.
  
 2) THE PERMIT APPLICATION UNDER THE HEADING OF WORK
 INDICATES REPLACE 3 WINDOW OPENING + 1 DOOR ALL IMPACT
 GLAZING. PLEASE IDENTIFY THE OPENINGS ON THE FLOOR PLAN
 1-4. PLEASE ALSO IDENTIFY WHICH ON THE WIND PRESSURE
 CHART WHICH OPENINGS CORRELATE (OPENINGS 1-4) WITH THE
 FLOOR PLAN TO BE ABLE TO IDENTIFY AND VERIFY OPENINGS
 AND PRESSURES, WHICH OPENINGS ARE IN ZONE 5.
 2020 WEST PALM BEACH AMENDMENTS TO THE FLORIDA BUILDING
 CODE, CHAPTER 1, ADMINISTRATION 107.2.1.
 W.P.B. ADMINISTRATIVE CODE/2020 DRAWINGS &
 SPECIFICATIONS SHALL CONTAIN INFORMATION, IN THE FORM
 OF NOTES OR OTHERWISE, AS TO THE QUALITY OF MATERIALS,
 WHERE QUALITY IS ESSENTIAL TO CONFORMITY WITH THE
 TECHNICAL CODES. CONSTRUCTION DOCUMENTS SHALL BE
 SUFFICIENT CLARITY TO INDICATE THE LOCATION, NATURE AND
 EXTENT OF THE WORK PROPOSED AND SHOW IN DETAIL THAT IT
 WILL CONFORM TO THE PROVISIONS OF THIS CODE AND
 RELEVANT LAWS, ORDINANCES, RULES AND REGULATIONS, AS
 DETERMINED BY THE BUILDING OFFICIAL.
  
 3) A TRANSMITTAL LETTER LISTING THE ORIGINAL REVIEW
 COMMENT NUMBER, WITH A DESCRIPTION OF THE REVISION
 MADE, IDENTIFYING THE SHEET OR SPECIFICATION PAGE WHERE
 THE CHANGES CAN BE FOUND WILL HELP TO EXPEDITE YOUR
