 100. IN THE 2020 FBC-BUILDING CODE TABLE 1004.5 THE
 OCCUPANT LOAD FACTOR IS TAKEN AT 150 SQ. FT. PLEASE
 UPDATE THE PLANS.

 FIRE DISTRICT. PLEASE NOTE THERE HAS NOT BEEN ANY FIRE
 DISTRICTS SINCE THE 2001 FBC BUILDING CODE.

 FIRE RATED VERTICAL EXIT IS NOT INCLUDED IN THE DOOR
 SCHEDULE, NO FIRE RATING GIVEN PER (FBC-BUILDING TABLE
 716.5) NOR HARDWARE FOR THE EXIT. PLEASE READ, IN THE
 2020 FBC-BUILDING CODE SECTION 1010.1.9.11 EXCEPTION 4,
 NOTE ON PLANS.

 CONSIDERED A SMOOTH HARD, NON-ABSORBENT SURFACE.
  
 3B) 1210.2.2 WALLS & PARTITIONS WITHIN 2 FEET OF
 SERVICE SINKS, URINALS, AND WATER CLOSETS SHALL HAVE A
 SMOOTH, HARD, NON-ABSORBENT SURFACE TO A HEIGHT OF NOT
 LESS THAN 4 FEET ABOVE THE FLOOR, EXCEPT FOR STRUCTURAL
 ELEMENTS, THE MATERIAL USED IN SUCH WALLS SHALL BE OF A
 TYPE THAT IS NOT ADVERSELY AFFECTED BY MOISTURE.
