| SIGN-OFF OF THIS PERMIT. PLEASE CONTACT PLANNING AND |

| 2.) ANY SITE WORK PERMIT FOR THIS PROJECT MUST BE |
| CONSISTENT WITH THE APPROVED SITE PLAN ON FILE WITH |
| PLANNING DIVISION. IF CHANGES ARE MADE, A MINOR SITE |
| PLAN AMENDMENT APPROVAL IS REQUIRED WITH THE PLANNING |
| DIVISION PRIOR TO PERMIT SIGN-OFF. |

| 3.) WHAT IS THE PURPOSE OF THE CONCRETE FILLED STEEL |
| BOLLARDS ALONG SOUTH DIXIE HIGHWAY? PLEASE NOTE THAT |
| THE BOLLARDS MUST BE SETBACK A MINIMUM OF 5 FT. FROM |
| THE PROPERTY LINE AND THE DIMENSIONS SHALL BE PROVIDED |
| IN THE SITE PLAN FOR CONSISTENCY WITH THE CITY'S ZONING |
| AND LAND DEVELOPMENT REGULATIONS (ZLDRS). [ZLDR |
