 PLEASE ADDRESS THE FOLLOWING COMMENTS. RESPOND TO THE
 COMMENTS IN WRITING AND/OR ON THE PLANS WHERE
 APPLICABLE:
  
 1.) CHANGES DETECTED IN THE BUILDING PERMIT SITE PLAN
 (AND IMPROVEMENTS DETECTED FROM A SITE VISIT) THAT DO
 NOT MATCH THE APPROVED SITE PLAN ON FILE WITH THE
 DEVELOPMENT SERVICES DEPARTMENT - PLANNING DIVISION
 (REFERENCE: ISPR CASE NO. 20-09). A MINOR SITE PLAN
 AMENDMENT APPLICATION MUST BE SUBMITTED, REVIEWED AND
 APPROVED BY THE PLANNING DIVISION PRIOR TO ZONING
 SIGN-OFF OF THIS PERMIT. PLEASE CONTACT PLANNING AND
 ZONING STAFF FOR MORE INFORMATION AND THE 2022
 DEVELOPMENT APPLICATION.
  
 2.) ANY SITE WORK PERMIT FOR THIS PROJECT MUST BE
 CONSISTENT WITH THE APPROVED SITE PLAN ON FILE WITH
 PLANNING DIVISION. IF CHANGES ARE MADE, A MINOR SITE
 PLAN AMENDMENT APPROVAL IS REQUIRED WITH THE PLANNING
 DIVISION PRIOR TO PERMIT SIGN-OFF.
  
 3.) WHAT IS THE PURPOSE OF THE CONCRETE FILLED STEEL
 BOLLARDS ALONG SOUTH DIXIE HIGHWAY? PLEASE NOTE THAT
 THE BOLLARDS MUST BE SETBACK A MINIMUM OF 5 FT. FROM
 THE PROPERTY LINE AND THE DIMENSIONS SHALL BE PROVIDED
 IN THE SITE PLAN FOR CONSISTENCY WITH THE CITY'S ZONING
 AND LAND DEVELOPMENT REGULATIONS (ZLDRS). [ZLDR
 S.94-145.2.]
  
 4.) EACH ROW OF PARKING SHALL BE TERMINATED BY A
 LANDSCAPE ISLAND NOT LESS THAN 8 FT. IN WIDTH AND NOT
 LESS THAN THE LENGTH OF THE ADJACENT PARKING STALL.
 EACH LANDSCAPED ISLAND SHALL HAVE A MINIMUM RADIUS OF
 2.5 FT. AT ITS END SO AS TO ALLOW CAR MANEUVERING. THE
 TERMINAL LANDSCAPE ISLAND SHOWN WEST OF THE DUMPSTER
 AREA IN THE APPROVED SITE PLAN ON FILE WITH THE
 PLANNING DIVISION HAS BEEN REMOVED FROM THE BUILDING
 PERMIT SITE PLAN AND IS NO LONGER CONSISTENT WITH THE
 STANDARDS OF THE ZLDRS.I [ZLDR S.94-443.C.]
  
 5.) A LANDSCAPE HEDGE SHALL BE PROVIDED AROUND THE
 PERIMETER OF THE DUMPSTER ENCLOSURE. THE AREA FOR THE
 LANDSCAPE HEDGE PROVIDED AROUND THE DUMPSTER ENCLOSURE
 OF THE APPROVED SITE PLAN ON FILE WITH THE PLANNING
 DIVISION HAS BEEN REMOVED IN THE BUILDING PERMIT SITE
 PLAN AND IS NO LONGER CONSISTENT WITH THE STANDARDS OF
 THE ZLDRS. [ZLDR S.94-315]
