 THE REQUIRED/ALLOWABLE MINIMUM FRONT SETBACK. [NOT
 SATISFIED]

 2. THE SEGMENT OF THE PROPOSED FENCE ALONG WINDSOR
 AVENUE IS, NOT IN COMPLIANCE WITH ZLDR SUBSECTION
 94-222(H)(2), EXCEEDING THE MAXIMUM HEIGHT OF 48 INCHES
 (4 FEET). THEREFORE, PLEASE REVISE SITE PLAN
 DEMONSTRATING THIS SEGMENT OF THE PROPOSED FENCE
 MEETING THE MAXIMUM ALLOWED HEIGHT. [SATISFIED]
 3. THE PROPOSED DRIVEWAY IS, NOT IN COMPLIANCE WITH
 ZLDR SUBSECTION 94-312(2)(A), ENCROACHING WITHIN THE
 MINIMUM CORNER CLEARANCE DISTANCE OF 50 FEET. IT ALSO
 APPEARS THE PROPOSED DRIVEWAY IS ENCROACHING WITHIN THE
 MINIMUM ACCESS POINTS SEPARATION DISTANCE OF 125 FEET.
 HOWEVER, IN ACCORDANCE WITH ZLDR SUBSECTION 94-312(3),
 AN ALTERNATIVE DESIGN MAY BE APPROVED. [SATISFIED]

 1. PLEASE IDENTIFY/INDICATE/DEMONSTRATE THE SIDE
 SETBACK DIMENSION FOR THE PROPOSED HVAC UNIT ON THE
 SITE PLAN, IN ACCORDANCE WITH ZLDR SUBSECTION
 94-305(B)(4).
 2. FOR BOTH THE SUBJECT MASTER BUILDING PERMIT
 APPLICATION AND THE SEPARATE LANDSCAPE PERMIT
 APPLICATION, PLEASE PROVIDE A REVISED LANDSCAPE PLAN
 DEMONSTRATING CONSISTENT INFORMATION (PERTAINING TO THE
 PROPOSED BUILDING, SIDE UNCOVERED STAIR, SHED, HVAC
 UNIT, DRIVEWAY, WALKWAY, AND FENCE) LIKE THE OTHER
