| EXTENT OF THE WORK PROPOSED AND SHOW IN DETAIL THAT IT |
| WILL CONFORM TO THE PROVISIONS OF THIS CODE AND |
| RELEVANT LAWS, ORDINANCES, RULES AND REGULATIONS, AS |
