 SHEET SHOWING ONLY SIGNS E-072 AND E-072 DID USE A
 CUT/PASTE FROM A SURVEY AS ITS BASE INFORMATION. THE
 OVERALL SITE PLAN IS NOT A SURVEY, NOR IS THE BASE
 INFORMATION CUT/PASTE FROM A SURVEY.

 A. REPEAT COMMENT: PROVIDE THE SETBACK FROM THE
 PROPERTY LINE TO THE SIGN. A MINIMUM OF FIVE FEET IS
 REQUIRED. *** CONTRARY TO THE RESPONSE, NO SHEET HAS
 BEEN SUBMITTED SHOWING THE SIGN SETBACK.

 CAMPUS DEVELOPMENT REGULATIONS, THIS DIRECTIONAL SIGN
 MUST INCLUDE INFORMATION ON NAVIGATING TO BUILDING
 ENTRANCES ON THE NORTH SIDE OF THE CAMPUS (EX. THE
 PAVILION) SO THAT PATIENTS CAN KNOW WHICH DIRECTION TO
 GO WITHOUT USING THE ONE-WAY SOUTH LANE BY THE ER. ***
 THE SIGN FAILS TO DIRECT USERS TO HEAD WEST (SIDE A) IF
 THEY ARE GOING TO THE BUILDING CURRENTLY SIGNED AS
 PAVILION ON THE NORTH SIDE OF THE CAMPUS. NOTE: IF SIGN
 E-03 IS UPDATED TO HAVE USERS HEAD WEST TO THE
 PAVILION, THIS WOULD NOT BE REQUIRED ON THIS SIGN.

 SHOWS THE ENTIRE FACADE, NOT BLOCKED BY TREES, AND
 PROVIDE THE DIMENSIONS OF ALL THE SIGNS THAT CURRENTLY
 EXIST. *** WHILE THE INFORMATION PROVIDED FOR THE
 EXISTING SIGN INDICATES THAT THE ALLOWED SQUARE FOOTAGE

 THAT DIRECTS DRIVERS TO THE NORTH SIDE OF THE CAMPUS.
 THIS SIGN WAS INSTALLED UNDER PERMIT 21061422 AND
 PASSED INSPECTION ON DECEMBER 3, 2021. IF THIS SIGN HAS
 BEEN REMOVED (AS INDICATED IN THE RESPONSE LETTER),
 THEN THE SITE IS IN VIOLATION OF ITS DEVELOPMENT ORDER
 AND STAFF WILL NOT APPROVE THIS PERMIT UNLESS IT
 INCLUDES A REPLACEMENT SIGN. IF THE RESPONSE WAS IN
 ERROR AND THE SIGN STILL EXISTS AND WILL BE CHANGED OUT
 AT A LATER DATE, YOU MUST PROVIDE A PHOTO OF THE
