 SITE,... AND IT SHALL BE DRAWN IN ACCORDANCE WITH AN
 ACCURATE AND INCLUDED BOUNDARY LINE SURVEY.

 APPROVAL OR MIAMI-DADE NOA, APPROVED UNDER THE 2020
 FBC, FOR THE PROPOSED EXT. DOOR.
 FL PRODUCT APPROVALS SHALL INCLUDE THE COVER SHEETS,
 EVALUATION REPORT AND INSTALLATIONS INSTRUCTIONS.
  
 6. PROVIDE AN ELEVATION VIEW OF THE PROPOSED EXT.
