 1.) SIGNED AND SEALED UPDATED SURVEY OF THE PROPERTY IS

 2.) HOW TALL ARE THE POLE FIXTURES? FIXTURE DETAILS

 INFORMATION/DETAIL PROVIDED ON THE POLE FIXTURES.]
  
 3.) THE FOLLOWING NOTE SHALL BE PROVIDED IN THE PLANS
 FOR CONSISTENCY WITH THE ZONING AND LAND DEVELOPMENT
 REGULATIONS (ZLDRS): ALL OUTDOOR LIGHTING SHALL BE
 SHIELDED TO REDUCE GLARE AND SHALL BE ARRANGED TO
 REFLECT LIGHT OR GLARE AWAY FROM ALL ADJACENT
 RESIDENTIAL DISTRICTS, ADJACENT RESIDENCES, OR PUBLIC

 4.) A PHOTOMETRIC PLAN IS REQUIRED. [1/20/2022 MODIFIED
 COMMENT: THE PHOTOMETRIC PLAN MUST SHOW THE PHOTOMETRIC
 SPILLOVER BEYOND THE PROPERTY LINES OF THE PROPERTY.
 PER SEC. 94-207(D)(8) OF THE ZLDRS, ANY SOURCE OF
 ILLUMINATION SHALL NOT EXCEED ONE FOOTCANDLE AT OR
 BEYOND THE BOUNDARIES OF THE PROPERTY. PLEASE SHOW
 ILLUMINATION SPILLOVER TO DEMONSTRATE COMPLIANCE WITH
 THE ZONING CODE.]
  
 5.) A 5 FT. WIDE LANDSCAPE BUFFER SHALL BE PROVIDED
 ALONG THE ENTIRE PERIMETER OF THE PROJECT. THE REVISED
 PLAN SHOWS THAT PERIMETER LANDSCAPE BUFFER REQUIREMENT
 IS NOT MET AROUND THE PERIMETER OF THE ON-SITE PARKING
 AREA. THE INGRESS/EGRESS POINT MAY HAVE TO BE SHIFTED
 TO ACCOMMODATE THE BUFFER REQUIREMENT.
  
 6.) A SEPARATE LANDSCAPE PERMIT SHALL BE SUBMITTED,
 REVIEWED AND APPROVED PRIOR TO ZONING SIGN-OFF. THE
 LANDSCAPE PERMIT MUST BE REVIEWED FOR CONSISTENCY WITH
 THIS PERMIT. THE APPLICANT/PROJECT TEAM WAS INFORMED
 THAT A SEPARATE LANDSCAPE PERMIT WAS REQUIRED DURING A
 ZOOM CALL ON THE 1/11/2022; HOWEVER, THIS HAS YET TO BE
 ADDRESSED AS THERE IS NO RECORD OF A LANDSCAPE PERMIT
 IN THE SYSTEM.]
  
 7.) NORTHEAST TERMINAL ISLAND LOCATED WITHIN THE
 ON-SITE PARKING AREA SHALL BE DIMENSIONED FOR
 CONSISTENCY WITH THE ZLDRS.
  
 8.) ENGINEERING PLANS SHALL BE SUBMITTED, REVIEWED AND
 APPROVED BY THE ENGINEERING SERVICES DEPARTMENT PRIOR
 TO ZONING SIGN-OFF OF THIS PERMIT. APPROVED ENGINEERING
 PLANS MUST BE CONSISTENT WITH THE SITE PLAN WITH THIS
 PERMIT APPLICATION.
