 PLEASE ADDRESS THE FOLLOWING COMMENTS. RESPOND TO THE
 COMMENTS IN WRITING AND/OR ON THE PLANS WHERE
 APPLICABLE:
  
 1.) SIGNED AND SEALED UPDATED SURVEY OF THE PROPERTY IS
 REQUIRED. A SURVEY WAS NOT PROVIDED WITH THE PERMIT
 APPLICATION.
  
 2.) A UNIT OF TITLE IS REQUIRED TO JOIN THE ADJACENT
 PARCEL, WHICH SEEMS TO BE A PART OF THE PROJECT AREA.
  
 3.) PLANS SHALL BE CONSISTENT WITH THE APPLICATION FOR
 THE PROPOSED CREATION OF THE GREENE SCHOOL COMMERCIAL
 PLANNED DEVELOPMENT (CPD) TO WHICH THE PARCELS IS
 PROPOSED TO BE A PART OF.
  
 4.) A 5 FT WIDE LANDSCAPE BUFFER IS REQUIRED ALONG THE
 BISCAYNE DRIVE PROPERTY LINE. [ZLDR S.94-443]
  
 5.) SHOW SETBACK DISTANCE OF THE LIGHT POLE FIXTURES TO
 THE PROPERTY LINE(S). A MINIMUM 5 FT. IS REQUIRED FROM
 THE PROPERTY LINES.
  
 6.) HOW TALL ARE THE POLE FIXTURES? FIXTURE DETAILS
 REQUIRED.
  
 7.) THE FOLLOWING NOTE SHALL BE PROVIDED IN THE PLANS
 FOR CONSISTENCY WITH THE ZONING AND LAND DEVELOPMENT
 REGULATIONS (ZLDRS): ALL OUTDOOR LIGHTING SHALL BE
 SHIELDED TO REDUCE GLARE AND SHALL BE ARRANGED TO
 REFLECT LIGHT OR GLARE AWAY FROM ALL ADJACENT
 RESIDENTIAL DISTRICTS, ADJACENT RESIDENCES, OR PUBLIC
 THROUGHFARES. [ZLDR S.94-309.A.]
  
 8.) A PHOTOMETRIC PLAN IS REQUIRED.
