 STATUS IS DENIED
  
 1) THE INFORMATION ON THE ELEVATION CERTIFICATE DOES
 NOT MATCH THE PLANS FOR THE HOUSE. THE PHOTOS THAT WERE
 SUBMITTED WITH THE ELEVATION CERTIFICATE SHOW TWO
 ENGINEERED SMART VENTS IN EACH OF THE TWO OVERHEAD
 GARAGE DOORS LOCATED ON THE NORTH WALL FOR A TOTAL OF
 FOUR. THERE ARE TWO NON-ENGINEERED 36" X 24" FLOOD
 OPENINGS ON THE EAST GARAGE WALL. REVISE PLAN SHEETS
 A-1.0 AND A-6.0 TO MATCH WHAT HAS BEEN INSTALLED AND
 CORRECT THE GARAGE LOUVER CALCULATIONS ON SHEET A1.0
 ACCORDINGLY.
  
 2) SUBMIT THE DOCUMENTATION FROM THE MANUFACTURER FOR
 THE 36" X 24" GREENHECK AF J601X LOUVERS THAT SPECIFIES
 THE NET FREE OPENING AREA.
  
 3) SUBMIT THE COMPLETE PRODUCT APPROVALS FOR THE GARAGE
 DOOR SMART VENTS INCLUDING THE EVALUATION REPORT AND
 INSTALLATION INSTRUCTIONS.
  
 4) THE NOTES IN THE COMMENT SECTION OF THE ELEVATION
 CERTIFICATE FOR THE FLOOD VENTS SPECIFY NET AREA WHICH
 IS MISLEADING AS TO BEING THE NET FREE VENT AREA WHEN
 IT IS ACTUALLY THE GROSS AREA OF THE VENTS. PLEASE
 CORRECT TO STATE GROSS AREA.
