 (NOTE: PROVIDE INFORMATION FOR REVIEW PRIOR TO
 INSTALLATION/INSPECTIONS TO AVOID CONFLICTS/DELAYS):
 1- DURING THE PERMITTING OF THIS STRUCTURE THREE
 DIFFERENT FLOOD ELEVATION CERTIFICATES WILL BE
 REQUIRED:
 A) CONSTRUCTION DRAWINGS.
 B) BUILDING UNDER CONSTRUCTION.
 C) FINISHED CONSTRUCTION.
 NOTE:
 NEED TO PROVIDE THE CONSTRUCTION DRAWINGS ELEVATION
 CERTIFICATE NOW FOR REVIEW.
  
 2- DESCRIPTION AND USE OF EXISTING STRUCTURE SHOWN ON
 THE SOUTH EAST CORNER OF THE PROPOSED GARAGE IS NOT
 CLEAR. SURVEY, ARCHITECT'S SITE PLAN(DWG SP-1) AND
 STRUCTURAL PLANS CALLS IT "BATH HOUSE", WHILE ALL OTHER
 ARCHITECTURAL PLANS CALLS IT "STORAGE/SHED". REVISE AS
 REQUIRED TO MATCH IN ORDER TO AVOID CONFLICTS/DELAYS.
  
 3- REVISE DESIGN PRESSURES ON SHEET S-0 AND SHEET SP-1
 BASED ON EXPOSURE D, HEIGHT (28.5 FT), EDGE DISTANCE
 (5'-0")SPECIFIED ON PLANS.
 NOTE: SIZE OF GARAGE DOOR SPECIFIED ON PLAN IS NOT
 LISTED ON TABLE R301.2(4) FBC-RESIDENTIAL. ARCHITECT
 MAY USE THE DESIGN PRESSURES FOR 9X7 DOOR OR PROVIDE
 CALCULATIONS BASED ON THE ACTUAL SIZE OF SPECIFIED
 DOOR.
  
 4- ENERGY CALCULATIONS: REVISE WINDOW OVERHANG
 SEPARATION TO MATCH PLANS. ALSO, CALCULATIONS ARE NOW
 MISSING THE FRENCH GLASS DOOR ON THE EAST ELEVATION.
  
 5- DEFERRED PRODUCT APPROVALS(APPROVED BY ARCH. PRIOR
 TO SUBMITTAL):
 A)EXTERIOR DOORS.
 B)WINDOWS.
 C)DECORATIVE SHUTTERS AND SPECIFY FASTENING.
 D)ROOF TILE AND CLEARLY SPECIFY ROOF TILE FASTENING
 METHOD.
 E) ROOF TILE ADHESIVE (IF USED) AND CLEARLY SPECIFY
 PADDY SIZE.
 F)ROOF TILE HIP & RIDGE METAL SUPPORT TO BE USED.
 CLEARLY MARK WHICH ONE WILL BE USED.
 G) FLOOD VENTS. COORDINATE WITH ITEM #1 ABOVE.
  
 6-DEFERRED SUBMITTAL (APPROVED BY ARCH. PRIOR TO
 SUBMITTAL: GUARDRAILS AND HANDRAILS.
