 1-THIS BUILDING IS GOING TO BE BUILT IN A AE FLOOD ZONE
 WITH THE BASE FLOOD BFE: 6 & 7 FEET BASED ON NAVD 1988.
 CITY OF WEST PALM BEACH ORDINANCE REQUIRES A TWO (2)
 FOOT FREE BOARD ABOVE THE BASE FLOOD ELEVATION (SEC.
 18-284 CITY ORDINANCE NO. 4729-17). NEED TO SPECIFY THE
 PROPOSED FINISHED FLOOR ELEVATION IN ALL FLOOR PLANS
 BASED ON NAVD 1988. SEC.107.3.5.3 CITY AMENDMENTS.
 NOTE: IF THE GARAGE FINISH FLOOR ELEVATION IS BELOW THE
 BFE (BASE FLOOD ELEVATION) PLUS TWO FEET, THEN FLOOD
 VENTS WILL BE REQUIRED. SEC. R322.2.2 FBC-RESIDENTIAL.
  
 NOTE: DURING THE PERMITTING OF THIS STRUCTURE THREE
 DIFFERENT FLOOD ELEVATION CERTIFICATES WILL BE REQUIRED
 (SEC. 107.3.5.1.1 CITY AMENDMENTS):
 A) CONSTRUCTION DRAWINGS.
 B) BUILDING UNDER CONSTRUCTION.
 C) FINISHED CONSTRUCTION.
  
 NOTE:
 NEED TO PROVIDE THE CONSTRUCTION DRAWINGS ELEVATION
 CERTIFICATE NOW FOR REVIEW.
  
 2- PROVIDE CURRENT SURVEY SHOWING PROPOSED ADDITION AND
 FINISHED FLOOR ELEVATION INCLUDING THE FINISHED FLOOR
 ELEVATION OF THE EXISTING BATH HOUSE. SEC.107.3.5.3
 CITY AMENDMENTS.
 NOTE: EXISTING BATH HOUSE FINISHED FLOOR WILL NEED TO
 BE RAISED IF IT IS BELOW THE BFE (BASED FLOOD
 ELEVATION) PLUS 2 FEET.
  
 3-PROPOSED WORK AFFECTS THE LOT DRAINAGE, SPECIALLY ON
 THE WEST SIDE WHERE THERE IS ONLY A 5 FOOT SETBACK.
 PROVIDE DRAINAGE PLAN SHOWING HOW THE SURFACE DRAINAGE
 IS KEPT WITHIN THE LOT AND NOT DIVERTED TO ADJACENT
 PROPERTY.
 NOTE: DRAINAGE PLAN TO SHOW THE EXISTING AND PROPOSED
 GRADE ELEVATIONS SHOWING HOW KEEPING WATER AWAY FROM
 ADJACENT PROPERTIES.

 SITE PLAN ON SHEET SP-1 SPECIFIES A RETAINING WALL ON
 THE WEST SIDE. A SEPARATE PERMIT IS REQUIRED FOR THE
 CONSTRUCTION OF THIS WALL. SEC. 105.1 CITY AMENDMENTS.
 NOTE: CLEARLY INDICATE ON PLAN THE EXTEND OF RETAINING
 WALL AND PROVIDE STRUCTURAL DETAIL OF WALL. HOW IS THE

 FINISHED FLOOR . SEC. R312.2 FBC RESIDENTIAL.
 NOTE: CLEARLY INDICATE IF THERE IS ANY THE WINDOW SILL
 HEIGHT LESS THAN 24" ABOVE THE FINISHED FLOOR. SPECIFY
 TYPE OF WINDOW FALL PROTECTION IF REQUIRED.

 PADDY SIZE.
 G)ROOF TILE HIP & RIDGE METAL SUPPORT TO BE USED.
 CLEARLY MARK WHICH ONE WILL BE USED.

 INSTALLATION TO AVOID CONFLICTS/DELAYS. INFORMATION TO

 ORIGINAL REVIEW COMMENT WITH A DESCRIPTION OF THE
