 KITCHEN AREA. IT APPEARS THIS IS BEING DONE TO REDUCE
 THE SIZE OF THE DINING/ASSEMBLY AREA. THE KITCHEN AREA
 NEEDS TO BE LIMITED TO THE AREA WHERE THE FOOD
 PREPARATION AND OTHER KITCHEN ACTIVITIES WILL ACTUALLY
 OCCUR. ALSO NOTE THAT FBC 1016.2 (5) PROHIBITS EXIT
 ACCESS THROUGH KITCHENS.
