 FACADE (#21121179, #21121180 AND #21121181) ARE BEING
 REVIEWED TOGETHER FOR CONSISTENCY. CURRENTLY,
 INFORMATION PROVIDED IN THE PERMIT SET(S) IS NOT
 ACCURATE TO CONDUCT A FULL ZONING REVIEW FOR WALL
 SIGNAGE. ***
  
 1,) BUILDING FACADE CALCULATIONS ARE INACCURATE BASED
 ON STAFF'S MEASUREMENTS ACCORDING TO THE APPROVED PLANS
 (ISPR CASE NO. 20-09) AND INFORMATION PROVIDED FROM THE
 PALM BEACH COUNTY PROPERTY APPRAISER'S WEBSITE. STAFF'S
 DIMENSIONS OF THE BUILDING FACADE ARE AS FOLLOWS:
 BUILDING HEIGHT = 15.67 FT. (NOT 20 FT.) AND BUILDING
 LENGTH = 105 FT. (NOT 106 FT.). BASED ON STAFF'S
 CALCULATIONS, THE BUILDING FACADE IS 1,645 SQ. FT. (NOT
 2,120 SQ. FT.). PLEASE ADDRESS FOR ACCURACY. THE
 ACCURATE BUILDING FACADE DIMENSIONS WILL ALSO REDUCE
 THE MAXIMUM ALLOWABLE SIGN AREA PERMITTED. [ZLDR
 S.94-405 AND 94-409]
  
 2.) SIGN AREA FOR EACH SIGNAGE SHALL BE THE AREA OF THE
 SMALLEST CIRCLE, TRIANGLE, OR PARALLELOGRAM, WHICH
 CONTAINS ALL CONTENT, BACKGROUND, AND STRUCTURAL
 ELEMENTS OF THE SIGN. ACCORDING TO THE PLANS PROVIDED,
 CALCULATIONS FOR SIGN A DOES NOT COMPLY WITH THIS
 STANDARD. [ZLDR S.94-405]
  
 3.) THE BUILDING SHALL HAVE A MAXIMUM OF 3 SIGNS TOTAL.
 ACCORDING TO THE PLANS SUBMITTED, THE FRONT (WEST
 FACADE) WILL PROVIDE ALL 3 SIGNS FOR THE BUILDING (NO
 MORE WALL SIGN WILL BE PERMITTED.). ACCORDING TO SEC.
 94-408.D.1.B. OF THE ZONING AND LAND DEVELOPMENT
 REGULATIONS (ZLDRS), THE MAXIMUM ALLOWABLE SIGN AREA
 SHALL BE 2% LESS THAN THE AREA DESIGNATED IN SEC.
 94-409 OF THE ZLDRS.

 BE SATISFIED. PLEASE CONTACT STAFF FOR THE CONDITIONAL
 APPROVAL LETTER ISSUED BY PLANNING STAFF ON 5/19/2021.
