 COMPLETE DETAILS/SPECIFICATIONS FOR THE RETAINING WALL
 CONSTRUCTION. SEC. 107.2.5 CITY AMENDMENTS. R401.3
 FBC-RESIDENTIAL.
  
 RESPONSE:
 SURVEY/DRAINAGE PLAN WAS REVISED. RETAINING WALL WAS
 DELETED. REVISED SURVEY DOESN'T SHOW HOW THE WATER IS
 RETAINED WITHING THE LOT ON THE EAST SIDE. NOTE:
 DRAINAGE PLAN TO SHOW THE EXISTING AND PROPOSED GRADE
 ELEVATIONS SHOWING HOW KEEPING WATER AWAY FROM ADJACENT
 PROPERTIES. AND, THERE ARE NOT DETAILS LIKE SWALES
 SHOWING HOW THE WATER IS RUNNING TOWARD THE FRONT AND
 REAR OF PROPERTY.

 SPECIFICATIONS WITHOUT SHEATHING ARE ADEQUATE TO RESIST
