 LEVEL (EPL) DISPLAY CARD. SEC. R405.4.3 FBC- ENERGY
 CONSERVATION.
  
 3- WIND RESISTANCE OF EXTERIOR SOFFITS:
 TYPICAL WALL SECTION ON SHEET 3-4 ONLY SPECIFIES
 "METHAL LATH AND STUCCO SOFFIT W/ 7"X24" SCREENED VENTS
 @ 8'-0" O.C.". THERE ARE NO SPECIFICATIONS FOR
 SHEATHING TO SUPPORT THE METHAL LATH. ENGINEER OF
 RECORD TO PROVIDE CALCULATIONS SHOWING THAT THIS SOFFIT
 SPECIFICATIONS WITHOUT SHEATHING ARE ADEQUATE TO RESIST
 THE WIND LOADS AS REQUIRED BY SEC. R704 FBC-RESIDENTIAL
 OR REVISE DETAIL PROVIDING COMPLETE SHEATHING
 SPECIFICATIONS (MATERIAL, THICKNESS AND FASTENING).
