 ROOM). THERE IS A REQUIRED 1/4" SLOPE. ADDING THE
 STANDARD 1 1/2" RECESS FOR THE OHD, THE GARAGE FLOOR
 WILL BE AT APPROX. 3 1/2" TO 4' BELOW THE DRIVEWAY
 GRADE OF 6.0'NAVD.
  
 2. THE PREVIOUSLY APPROVED ELEVATION CERTIFICATE SHOWS
 THE GARAGE IS 693 SF. PLAN PAGE A-0.1 SHOWS THE GARAGE
 IS 693 SF. PLAN PAGE A-1.1 SHOWS THE GARAGE IS 685 SF.
 PLEASE CORRECT PG A-1.1.
  
 3. PROVIDE THE FLORIDA PRODUCT APPROVALS AND THE ICC-ES
 REPORT FOR THE PROPOSED SMART VENTS (MODEL 1540-51).
 APPROVED UNDER THE 2020 FBC,
 FL PRODUCT APPROVALS SHALL INCLUDE THE COVER SHEETS,
 EVALUATION REPORT AND INSTALLATIONS INSTRUCTIONS.
 FBC 107.3.4 PROVIDE PRODUCT APPROVALS FOR THOSE
 PRODUCTS WHICH ARE REGULATED BY FAC RULE 9N-3 REVIEWED
 AND APPROVED IN WRITING BY THE DESIGNER OF RECORD.
