 1) THE PROPOSED POLE IS SHOWN IN FRONT OF THE SINGLE
 FAMILY HOUSED THAT ARE LOCATED ON THE EAST SIDE OF
 POINSETTIA AVENUE. THE SITE PLAN WITH AERIAL SHOWS THAT
 THE POLE IS DIRECTLY IN FRONT OF HOUSE ON THE PROPERTY
 AT 2704 POINSETTIA AVENUE. THE POLE NEEDS TO BE SHIFTED
 TO THE NORTH AT LEAST THREE FEET TO BE LOCATED NORTH OF
 THE NORTH WALL OF THE HOUSE.
  
 2) THE CITY CODE REQUIRES THAT POLES SHALL BE LOCATED
 SO AS TO ALIGN WITH EXISTING POLES IN THE RIGHT-OF-WAY
 AND HAVE EQUAL SETBACK DISTANCES WITH EXISTING POLES
 FROM THE CURBLINE OF THE RIGHT-OF-WAY. THE PROPOSED
 POLE IS NOT SHOWN IN LINE WITH THE EXISTING LIGHT POLES
 ALONG TAMARIND AVENUE IN THIS LOCATION. THE POLE NEEDS
 TO BE MOVED A COUPLE FEET TO THE WEST.
  
 3) THE BORE PIT, BY THE POLE, NOTES ON SHEET P-1 STATE
 THAT THE SIDEWALK WILL BE RESTORED; HOWEVER, IT IS
 LOCATED ONLY WITHIN THE PARKWAY WHICH WILL NEED
 RESTORATION. PLEASE UPDATE THE NOTATIONS ACCORDINGLY.
  
 4) PROVIDE A CROSS SECTION OF THE UNDERGROUND ELECTRIC
 WHICH VERIFIES THAT THERE ARE NO CONFLICTS WITH
 EXISTING UTILITIES.
  
 5) THE PLANS SHOW GAS AND COM LINES ADJACENT TO THE
 BORE PIT(S). IN ORDER TO VERIFY THAT THE INSTALLATION
 WILL NOT INTERFERE WITH THE EXISTING FACILITIES,
 PROVIDE A PUBLIC UTILITY LETTER OF NO OBJECTION FROM
 FPU FOR THE GAS LINE AND THE COM PROVIDER(S), MOST
 LIKELY AT&T OR COMCAST.
  
 6) THE POLE STYLE AND HEIGHT MEET CITY REQUIREMENTS.
 THE POLE COLOR AT THIS LOCATION SHALL BE RAL/RAYCAP
 7042 TRAFFIC GREY A.
