 PLEASE ADDRESS THE FOLLOWING COMMENTS. RESPOND TO THE
 COMMENTS IN WRITING AND/OR ON THE PLANS WHERE
 APPLICABLE:
  
 1.) PROVIDE AND UPDATED SIGNED AND SEALED SURVEY OF THE
 PROPERTY. THE SURVEY MUST REFLECT THE PARCEL OF THE
 SCOPE OF WORK.
  
 2.) THE SUBJECT PROPERTY/PARCEL (411 CLAREMORE DRIVE)
 IS NOT A PART OF A PROPOSED COMMERCIAL PLANNED
 DEVELOPMENT (CPD) PROJECT SUBMITTED TO THE PLANNING
 DIVISION THAT IS CURRENTLY IN REVIEW (REFERENCE: PB
 CASE NO. 1878); HOWEVER, THE PROPOSED FENCE SEGMENT
 SEEMS TO BE INCLUDED AS PART OF THE PLANNED DEVELOPMENT
 PROJECT. PLEASE CLARIFY. THE PROPOSED FENCE CANNOT BE A
 PART OF THE PROPOSED CPD IF THE PARCEL IS NOT A PART OF
 THE PLANNED DEVELOPMENT.
  
 3.) PROPOSED LOCATION OF THE FENCE SEEMS TO ENCROACH
 INTO THE ADJACENT PROPERTY WHICH IS NOT A PART OF THE
 CPD. THIS IS NOT PERMITTED.
  
 4.) SHOW THE SETBACK DISTANCE TO THE PROPERTY LINES.
 SETBACK DISTANCE MUST COMPLY WITH THE MINIMUM SETBACK
 REQUIREMENTS OF THE ZLDRS. [ZLDR S.94-145 AND S.94-302]
  
 5.) IF THE PROPOSED FENCE IS TO BE INCLUDED IN THE
 PROPOSED CPD: A) SITE PLAN MUST BE UPDATED TO REFLECT
 AS SUCH. B) PLAN MUST CLEARLY SHOW THE SETBACK DISTANCE
 FROM THE PROPERTY LINE(S). SETBACK DISTANCE AND FENCE
 HEIGHT SHALL BE CONSISTENT WITH THE REQUIREMENTS IN
 SEC. 94-302(C) OF THE ZONING AND LAND DEVELOPMENT
 REGULATIONS (ZLDRS). C) A REVISED SURVEY WILL BE
 REQUIRED TO INCLUDE THE PROPERTY AT 411 CLAREMORE DRIVE
 AS PART OF THE PROPOSED CPD.
