 FBC B 107.2.1, PROVIDE MORE DETAILED INFORMATION.
  
 CONSIDERING SECTIONS 1012.5.2 & 1012.6.2 OF THE FBC EB
 THE EXISTING HEIGHT/AREA & WALL RATINGS HAVE BEEN MET.
 HOWEVER, AS PER FBC EB 1012.4.2, THE MEANS OF EGRESS
 DETAILS FROM FBC B CHAPTER 10 MUST BE IDENTIFIED.
  
 1.) IDENTIFY THE PANIC HARDWARE ON EGRESS DOORS AS PER
 SCTION FBC B 1010.1.10.
 2.) FBC B 107.2.1, INDICATE HOW THE ACCESS TO STAIRS AT
 1ST FLOOR WILL BE CLOSED OFF.
 3.) FBC B 107.2.1, PROVIDE A SIGNED LETTER FROM OWNER
 AND DESIGNER OF RECORD AS TO HOW AND WHY THE TOTAL
 OCCUPANT # IS AT 159 OCCUPANTS. CONSIDERING THE
 EDUCATION OCCUPANCY AND FBC B TABLE 1004.5 WE NEED TO
 BE SURE THAT WE WILL NOT HAVE AN OCCUPANCY ISSUE. FOR
 EXAMPLE, A CONFLICT WITH THE FUTURE NUMBER OF OCCUPANTS
 AND THE BATHROOM CAPACITY.
 4.) FBC B 468.3.5.2, INDICATE THE LOCATION OF STAFF
 BATHROOMS AND SEPARATE STUDENT BATHROOMS.
 5.) FBC B 468.3.7, INDICATE HOW THE LIGHTING IS SET UP
 TO MEET THE CODE REQUIREMENTS. AS THE EXISTING LIGHTING
 FROM THE LATS OCCUPANCY (RESTAURANT) MAY NOT BE
 SUFFICIENT.
