 DRIVE. ALTHOUGH THE SAME PROPERTY OWNER, A UNITY OF
 TITLE IS REQUIRED TO JOIN UP THE PARCELS TO ALLOW FOR

 PROVIDED SHOWING THAT A UNITY OF TITLE HAS BEEN
 COMPLETED, APPROVED AND RECORDED.]
  
 3.) A 5 FT. WIDE LANDSCAPE BUFFER IS REQUIRED ALONG THE
 BISCAYNE DRIVE PROPERTY LINE. [ZLDR S.94-443].
