 PLEASE ADDRESS THE FOLLOWING COMMENTS. RESPOND TO THE
 COMMENTS IN WRITING AND/OR ON THE PLANS WHERE

 1.) SIGNED AND SEALED UPDATED SURVEY OF PROPERTY 453
 CLAREMORE DRIVE IS REQUIRED. NOT PROVIDED WITH THE
 PERMIT APPLICATION.
  
 2.) PROPOSED FENCE SEEMS TO GO ACROSS PARCEL
 74434328060200012, WHICH LIES BETWEEN THE FEC
 RIGHT-OF-WAY AND THE PARCEL LOCATED AT 453 CLAREMORE
 DRIVE. ALTHOUGH THE SAME PROPERTY OWNER, A UNITY OF
 TITLE IS REQUIRED TO JOIN UP THE PARCELS TO ALLOW FOR
 THE FENCE.
  
 3.) CLARIFY IF THE PROPOSED FENCE IS LOCATED ON TOP OF
 THE 12 FT. HIGH CONCRETE WALL OR DOES IT CONNECT TO THE
 WALL AT GROUND LEVEL.
  
 4.) A 5 FT. WIDE LANDSCAPE BUFFER IS REQUIRED ALONG THE
 BISCAYNE DRIVE PROPERTY LINE. [ZLDR S.94-443]
  
 5.) AFTER SPEAKING TO THE FENCE CONTRACTOR (LIAM OF
 BELACRIS CONSTRUCTION) ON 12/8/2021, STAFF WAS INFORMED
 THAT THE PROJECT IS TIED TO A MASTER PERMIT. THE SYSTEM
 DOES NOT PROVIDE A REFERENCE TO THE MASTER PERMIT.
 PLEASE PROVIDE. ALL PLANS SHALL BE CONSISTENT WITH THE
 MASTER PERMIT.

 * ANY REVISIONS/RESUBMITTAL MAY RESULT IN ADDITIONAL
 COMMENTS.
  
 * ALL PERMITS (INCLUDING THOSE SEPARATE PERMITS TIED TO
 A MASTER PERMIT), MUST PROVIDE COMPLETE INFORMATION,
 INCLUDING ALL CRITICAL PLANS/SURVEY(S) AS PART OF THE
