 1) THE SURVEY AND ENGINEERING PLANS FAIL TO SHOW TWO
 PALM TREES THAT ARE LOCATED WITHIN THE BULB OUT WHERE
 THE POLE IS PROPOSED. PLEASE SHOW THE TREES IN THEIR
 ACCURATE LOCATIONS SO THAT STAFF CAN VERIFY THAT THERE
 IS NO CONFLICT WITH THE PROPOSED POLE.
  
 2) THE CITY CODE REQUIRES THAT POLES SHALL BE LOCATED
 SO AS TO ALIGN WITH EXISTING POLES IN THE RIGHT-OF-WAY
 AND HAVE EQUAL SETBACK DISTANCES WITH EXISTING POLES
 FROM THE CURBLINE OF THE RIGHT-OF-WAY. THE PROPOSED
 POLE IS NOT SHOWN IN LINE WITH THE EXISTING LIGHT POLES
 ALONG TAMARIND AVENUE IN THIS LOCATION. THE EXISTING
 LIGHT POLES ARE LOCATED ADJACENT TO THE SIDEWALK (A
 GOOGLE STREETVIEW SCREENSHOT HAS BEEN PROVIDED TO
 CHRISTINA WARR). PLEASE ADJUST THE PROPOSED POLE
 LOCATION ACCORDINGLY.
  
 3) THE ADJACENT LOT IS IN THE APPROVAL PROCESS FOR A
 RESIDENTIAL BUILDING. IN ORDER TO COMPLY WITH THE CITY
 CODE REQUIREMENT THAT DOES NOT PERMIT WIRELESS
 FACILITIES TO BE PLACED IN FRONT OF A RESIDENTIAL
 STRUCTURE, THE PROPOSED POLE NEEDS TO BE MOVED SOUTH
 WITHIN THE BULB OUT. STAFF HAS PROVIDED CHRISTINA WARR
 WITH THE SITE PLAN SHOWING THE SETBACK OF THE RESIDENCE
 FROM THE BACK OF THE STATE STREET SIDEWALK SO THAT THE
 POLE LOCATION CAN BE ADJUSTED ACCORDINGLY.
 4) THE BORE PIT AND HANDHOLE NOTES ON SHEET P-1 STATE
 THAT THE SIDEWALK WILL BE RESTORED; HOWEVER, THESE ARE
 LOCATED ONLY WITHIN THE PARKWAY WHICH WILL NEED
 RESTORATION. PLEASE UPDATE THE NOTATIONS ACCORDINGLY.
  
 5) THE LOCATION OF THE HANDHOLE AND THE INSTALL
 EXCAVATION SHOWN ADJACENT TO THE POLE SUPPLYING POWER
 WILL DAMAGE THE ROOT SYSTEM OF THE EXISTING LARGE
 STREET TREE IF INSTALLED IN THE LOCATION SHOWN ON SHEET
 P-1. THE HANDHOLE MAY NOT BE INSTALLED AT THIS
 LOCATION.
  
 6) THE POLE HEIGHT SHOWN ON SHEET C-3 LISTS THE HEIGHT
 TO THE TOP OF THE ANTENNA AS 28 FEET ABOVE GRADE;
 HOWEVER, THE SITE PLAN AND SURVEY CALL OUT A POLE 38
 FEET ABOVE GRADE LEVEL. ALL SHEETS MUST SHOW
 CONSISTENT, ACCURATE INFORMATION. NOTE: THE 38-FOOT
 HEIGHT IS CONSISTENT WITH ONE OF THE NEARBY POWER
 POLES.
  
 7) PROVIDE A CROSS SECTION OF THE UNDERGROUND ELECTRIC
 WHICH VERIFIES THAT THERE ARE NO CONFLICTS WITH
 EXISTING UTILITIES AND TREE ROOTS.
  
 8) THE PLANS SHOW THE COM LINES WITHIN 2-FEET OF THE
 BORE PIT(S). IN ORDER TO VERIFY THAT THE INSTALLATION
 WILL NOT INTERFERE WITH THE EXISTING FACILITIES,
 PROVIDE A PUBLIC UTILITY LETTER OF NO OBJECTION FROM
 THE COM PROVIDER(S), MOST LIKELY AT&T OR COMCAST.
  
 9) THE POLE STYLE MEETS CITY REQUIREMENTS. THE POLE
 COLOR AT THIS LOCATION SHALL BE RAL/RAYCAP 7042 TRAFFIC
 GREY A.
