 INSUFFICIENT
  
 1) THE POLE HAS BEEN MOVED FROM ITS PRIOR LOCATION THAT
 WAS APPROVED BY ZONING. SINCE THE SOUTH BUILDING ON THE
 PROPERTY AT 1401 NORTH SAPODILLA IS A MIXED-USE
 BUILDING, THE PROVISION OF NOT BEING LOCATED DIRECTLY
 IN FRONT OF A RESIDENTIAL BUILDING DOES NOT APPLY FOR
 THE POLE LOCATION ON 13TH STREET. THE STATE HISTORIC
 PRESERVATION REVIEW THAT WAS PREVIOUSLY SUBMITTED FOR
 THIS SITE STILL APPLIES.
  
 2) THE SURVEY NEEDS TO INCLUDE THE POLE HEIGHTS FOR THE
 UTILITY POLES IN THE 13TH STREET RIGHT-OF-WAY SO THAT
 STAFF CAN VERIFY THAT THE PROPOSED 28-FOOT TALL POLE IS
 CONSISTENT WITH THE UTILITY POLE HEIGHTS WITHIN THE
 13TH STREET RIGHT-OF-WAY.
  
 3) PLEASE REVIEW THE SURVEY AND SITE PLAN LOCATIONS FOR
 THE PROPOSED HANDHOLE AT THE SOUTHEAST CORNER OF 13TH
 STREET AND SAPODILLA. COMPARING THE SURVEY AND THE PLAN
 TO THE STREET VIEW SEEMS TO INDICATE THAT THE HANDHOLE
 WILL BE LOCATED WITH THE RAMP THAT TRANSITIONS FROM THE
 SIDEWALK HEIGHT TO THE STREET GRADE AND THUS WOULD NOT
 BE IN ADA COMPLIANCE.
  
 4) THE HANDHOLE LOCATION SEEMS TO CONTRADICT THE
 ENGINEERING DIVISION COMMENT REGARDING THE PROXIMITY TO
 THE CITY'S WATER LINE.
  
 5) THE REVISED POLE PLACEMENT SHOWS A GAS LINE WITHIN
 1-FOOT OF THE BORE PIT DIG AT THE BASE OF THE NEW POLE
 LOCATION. PLEASE PROVIDE AN UPDATED PUBLIC UTILITY
 LETTER OF NO OBJECTION FROM FPU FOR THIS LOCATION.
  
 6) THE POLE STYLE AND COLOR MEET CITY REQUIREMENTS.
