 1) THE POLE STYLE AND HEIGHT MEET CITY REQUIREMENTS.
  
 2) PLEASE RELOCATE THE POLE ADJACENT TO THE PROPERTY
 LINE INSTEAD OF IN THE MIDDLE OF THE SWALE AREA
 (GENERALLY IN LINE WITH THE FIRE HYDRANT). THIS WILL
 PERMIT THE INSTALLATION OF A FULL WIDTH SIDEWALK THAT
 IS NOT OBSTRUCTED BY THE POLE AT SUCH TIME THAT THE
 ADJACENT PROPERTY IS DEVELOPED.
  
 3) THE HANDHOLE AND BORE PIT NOTES ON SHEET P-1 STATE
 THAT THE SIDEWALK WILL BE RESTORED; HOWEVER, THE BORE
 PITS ARE IN SWALE AREAS WITHOUT SIDEWALKS AND THE
 HANDHOLE IS PROPOSED WHERE THERE IS SOME ASPHALT BUT
 NOTHING THAT CAN ACCURATELY BE DESCRIBED AS A SIDEWALK.
 PLEASE UPDATE THE NOTATIONS ACCORDINGLY.
  
 4) THE PLANS SHOW ONE OF THE BORE PITS BEING DUG
 ADJACENT TO A GAS LINE. IN ORDER TO VERIFY THAT THE
 INSTALLATION WILL NOT INTERFERE WITH THE EXISTING
 FACILITIES, PROVIDE A PUBLIC UTILITY LETTER OF NO
 OBJECTION FROM FPU REGARDING THE INSTALLATION.
  
 5) PROVIDE CROSS SECTIONS OF THE UNDERGROUND ELECTRIC
 FOR THE FULL LENGTH OF THE INSTALLATION. THE
 UNDERGROUND ELECTRIC MUST BE CLEARLY SHOWN AVOIDING THE
 UNDERGROUND INFRASTRUCTURE THAT IT CROSSES (EX: WATER,
 SANITARY AND GAS LINES).
