 1) THE POLE STYLE AND HEIGHT MEET CITY REQUIREMENTS.
  
 2) THE CITY CODE REQUIRES THAT WIRELESS FACILITIES IN
 THE RIGHT-OF-WAY MAY WITHIN RESIDENTIAL DISTRICTS MAY
 NOT BE PLACED DIRECTLY IN FRONT OF A RESIDENTIAL
 STRUCTURE. PLEASE SHIFT THE POLE TO THE NORTH SO THAT
 IT IS IN LINE WITH OR SLIGHTLY PAST THE FRONT FACADE OF
 THE HOUSES ON EITHER SIDE OF EITHER SIDE OF MANNING
 AVENUE.
  
 3) THE POLE HEIGHT SHOWN ON SHEET C-3 LISTS THE HEIGHT
 TO THE TOP OF THE ANTENNA AS 28 FEET ABOVE GRADE;
 HOWEVER, THE SITE PLAN AND SURVEY CALL OUT A POLE 32
 FEET ABOVE GRADE LEVEL. ALL SHEETS MUST SHOW
 CONSISTENT, ACCURATE INFORMATION. NOTE: THE 32-FOOT
 HEIGHT IS CONSISTENT WITH ONE OF THE NEARBY POWER
 POLES.
  
 4) THE HANDHOLE AND BORE PIT NOTES ON SHEET P-1 STATE
 THAT THE SIDEWALK WILL BE RESTORED; HOWEVER, THESE ARE
 IN LANDSCAPED AREAS AND NOT OVERLAPPING WITH A
 SIDEWALK. PLEASE UPDATE THE NOTATIONS ACCORDINGLY.
  
 5) THE PLANS SHOW THE BORE PITS BEING DUG ADJACENT TO
 AN UNDERGROUND ELECTRIC LINE. IN ORDER TO VERIFY THAT
 THE INSTALLATION WILL NOT INTERFERE WITH THE EXISTING
 FACILITIES, PROVIDE A PUBLIC UTILITY LETTER OF NO
 OBJECTION FROM FPL REGARDING THE INSTALLATION.
  
 6) THE EDGE OF THE BORE PIT EXCAVATION ON THE EAST SIDE
 OF MANNING AVENUE, WEST OF THE HANDHOLE BY THE POWER
 POLE MUST BE RELOCATED AT LEAST FIVE FEET FROM THE
 TRUNK OF THE EXISTING PALM TREE. THE CURRENT LOCATION
 WILL DAMAGE THE ROOT SYSTEM OF THE EXISTING PALM TREE
 AND IS NOT PERMITTED.
  
 7) THE UNDERGROUND ELECTRIC BORE ON THE BORING PROFILE
 MUST BE CLEARLY SHOWN AVOIDING THE UNDERGROUND
 INFRASTRUCTURE IN THE RIGHT-OF-WAY (EX: WATER AND
 SANITARY LINES). PROVIDED THE SEPARATION IS MET IN
 COMMENT #6, THE 36-INCH DEPTH WILL AVOID THE PALM TREE
 ROOT SYSTEMS THAT IT CROSSES.
