 1) REPEAT COMMENT: THIS LOCATION IS WITHIN A HISTORIC
 DISTRICT. PLEASE PROVIDE A COPY OF THE STATE HISTORIC
 PRESERVATION OFFICE APPROVAL OF THIS LOCATION.
  
 2) REPEAT UPDATED COMMENT: THE SURVEY ONLY PROVIDES THE
 HEIGHT OF A CAMERA POLE AT 10 FEET IN HEIGHT IN THE
 VICINITY OF THE PROPOSED WIRELESS FACILITY POLE. THE
 ENGINEERING SITE PLAN CALLS OUT A LIGHT POLE THAT IS 14
 FEET IN HEIGHT. PER CITY CODE, NEITHER WILL PERMIT THE
 PROPOSED 24-FOOT-TALL WIRELESS FACILITY POLE SHOWN ON
 THE SITE PLAN AND THE RAYCAP POLE SPECIFICATION PAGES,
 NOR THE 28-FOOT TALL POLE SHOWN ON SHEETS C-3, E-2 AND
 E-3.
  
 A. THERE APPEAR TO BE NEARBY POLES THAT ARE TALLER THAN
 THE LABELED POLES. PROVIDE THIS HEIGHT DIMENSION SO
 THAT STAFF CAN VERIFY THE PROPOSED WIRELESS FACILITY
 POLE DOES NOT EXCEED THE HEIGHT ALLOWANCE.
 B. ALL SHEETS NEED TO SHOW CONSISTENT, CODE COMPLIANT
 POLE HEIGHTS.
  
 3) REPEAT UPDATED COMMENT: THE SURVEY SHOWS THE
 PROPOSED POLE AT 16.7 FEET FROM THE SPRUCE AVENUE
 RIGHT-OF-WAY. STAFF LOCATED A SURVEY FOR THE HOUSE ON
 THE SOUTH SIDE OF 28TH STREET, WHICH SHOWS A 15.6-FOOT
 SETBACK FROM SPRUCE AVENUE. IN ORDER TO COMPLY WITH THE
 REQUIREMENT OF SECTION 78-411(B)(2) OF THE CITY CODE
 WHICH REQUIRES THAT THE POLE BE NOT DIRECTLY IN FRONT
 OF A RESIDENTIAL STRUCTURE, THE WESTERN EDGE OF THE
 POLE MUST BE SHOWN NO FURTHER THAN 15.6 FEET FROM THE
 SPRUCE AVENUE RIGHT-OF-WAY. THE POLE NEEDS TO BE
 SHIFTED APPROXIMATELY TWO AND A HALF FEET TO THE EAST.
  
 4) THE PLANS SHOW THE HANDHOLE EXCAVATION AND THE BORE
 PIT EXCAVATION ADJACENT TO A COM LINE AND AN
 UNDERGROUND ELECTRIC LINE, RESPECTIVELY. IN ORDER TO
 VERIFY THAT THE INSTALLATION WILL NOT INTERFERE WITH
 THE EXISTING FACILITIES, PROVIDE A PUBLIC UTILITY
 LETTER OF NO OBJECTION FROM THE COM PROVIDER(S), MOST
 LIKELY AT&T OR COMCAST AND FPL.
  
 5) THE POLE STYLE MEETS CITY REQUIREMENTS. THE POLE
 COLOR AT THIS LOCATION SHALL BE RAL/RAYCAP 7042 TRAFFIC
 GREY A.
