 1) UPDATED COMMENT: THE RESPONSE STATES THAT FPL WILL
 BE UTILIZING THEIR EASEMENT TO INSTALL THE UNDERGROUND
 ELECTRIC FROM THE POWER POLE ON PRIVATE PROPERTY TO THE
 NEW HANDHOLE IN THE 44TH STREET RIGHT-OF-WAY. YOU MUST
 PROVIDE VERIFICATION OF THE EASEMENT. THE BEST METHOD
 IS ON A SURVEY; HOWEVER, RECORDED DOCUMENTATION THAT
 CLEARLY IDENTIFIES THIS LOCATION IS ALSO ACCEPTABLE.
 FPL STATING THEY HAVE AN EASEMENT, DOES NOT VERIFY THAT
 THEY HAVE AN EASEMENT. PLEASE NOTE, IF NO EASEMENT
 EXISTS, NOTARIZED AUTHORIZATION FROM THE PRIVATE
 PROPERTY OWNER FOR THE USE OF THEIR PROPERTY FOR THE
 VERIZON UNDERGROUND ELECTRIC IS ALSO ACCEPTABLE. IF NO
 EASEMENT IS PRESENT AND YOU ARE UNABLE TO SECURE
 AUTHORIZATION FROM THE PRIVATE PROPERTY OWNER, THE
 UNDERGROUND ELECTRIC MUST COME FROM AN ALTERNATIVE
 LOCATION.
  
 2) UPDATED COMMENT: THANK YOU FOR PROVIDING A PARTIAL
 CROSS OF THE UNDERGROUND ELECTRIC ALONG 44TH STREET;
 HOWEVER, AS THIS IS A CITY RIGHT-OF-WAY, THE CROSS
 SECTION NEEDS TO INCLUDE THE ENTIRE BORE LENGTH, NOT A
 GAP FOR THE AREA BETWEEN 90 FEET AND 120 FEET.
  
 3) BASED ON THE LOCATION OF THE PROPERTY LINE IN
 RELATIONSHIP TO THE SIDEWALKS SHOWN ON THE SURVEY, THE
 SITE PLAN AND POWER ROUTE PLAN THAT ARE OVERLAID ON THE
 AERIAL DO NOT ALIGN. PLEASE REVIEW AND CORRECT.
  
 4) THE POLE STYLE AND HEIGHT MEET CITY REQUIREMENTS.
 THE POLE COLOR AT THIS LOCATION SHALL BE RAL/RAYCAP
 7042 TRAFFIC GREY A.
