 1) THE SURVEY SHOWS A PORTION OF THE UNDERGROUND
 ELECTRIC FROM THE POWER POLE ON PRIVATE PROPERTY TO THE
 NEW HANDHOLE IN THE 44TH STREET RIGHT-OF-WAY CROSSING A
 PORTION OF PRIVATE PROPERTY. IN ORDER FOR THE
 UNDERGROUND ELECTRIC TO CROSS PRIVATE PROPERTY, IT MUST
 BE LOCATED WITHIN A GENERAL UTILITY EASEMENT. THE
 SURVEY DOES NOT SHOW AN EASEMENT AT THIS LOCATION. IF
 THERE IS AN EASEMENT, IT MUST BE SHOWN ON THE SURVEY
 AND THE UNDERGROUND ELECTRIC MUST CLEARLY BE SHOWN IN
 THE EASEMENT. IF NO EASEMENT IS PRESENT, THE
 UNDERGROUND ELECTRIC MUST COME FROM AN ALTERNATIVE
 LOCATION.
  
 2) THE SURVEY SHOWS THE UNDERGROUND POWER LOCATED AT A
 DIFFERENT LOCATION THAN THE ENGINEERING PLAN. BOTH
 PLANS SHOW THE PORTION OF THE UNDERGROUND ELECTRIC
 ROUTE FROM THE WESTERN HANDHOLE TO BROADWAY WITHIN THE
 CITY'S RIGHT-OF-WAY, BUT SINCE THEY ARE NOT THE SAME,
 THEY SHOW PROXIMITY TO DIFFERENT EXISTING CITY
 INFRASTRUCTURE. THE IMPACT TO THE INFRASTRUCTURE, IF
 ANY, CAN ONLY BE IDENTIFIED WITH ACCURATE PLANS.
  
 3) PROVIDE CROSS SECTIONS OF THE LOCATION OF THE
 UNDERGROUND ELECTRIC (VERSION USED IN COMMENT #2
 ABOVE), INCLUDING THE EXISTING UNDERGROUND
 INFRASTRUCTURE, FOR 44TH STREET WHICH VERIFIES THAT
 THERE ARE NO CONFLICTS.
  
 THE FACILITY/POLE SHOWN WITH THESE PLANS COMPLIES WITH
 CITY REQUIREMENTS.
