 1) THE VALUE OF THIS PERMIT IS EXTREMELY LOW. THE VALUE
 GIVEN ON THE PERMIT IS $3881 DOLLARS FOR THE REMOVAL OF
 EXISTING FLOOR FINISH (LABOR AND DEBRIS REMOVAL) LABOR
 AND MATERIALS FOR THE INSTALLATION OF UNDERLAYMENT AND
 VINYL FLOORING IN THE LIVING ROOM, DINING ROOM, FOYER,
 HALL KITCHEN, 2 BEDROOMS AND CLOSETS. THE ONLY AREAS
 NOT GETTING NEW FLOORING IS THE 2 BATHROOMS. THE
 CALCULATED VALUE PER SQUARE FOOT (LOW VALUE) IS $8.68
 DOLLARS A SQ. FT. / $3881 PERMIT VALUE = 447 SQUARE
 FEET. LOW VALUE OR 2 BIG BATHROOMS / THE CONDO IS 1080
 SQ. FT. BY THE PALM BEACH COUNTY PROPERTY APPRAISERS
 WEB SITE.
 109.3 BUILDING PERMIT VALUATION. IF, IN THE OPINION OF
 THE BUILDING OFFICIAL, THE CLAIMED VALUATION OF
 BUILDING OR ALTERATION APPEARS TO BE UNDERESTIMATED ON
 THE APPLICATION, THE PERMIT SHALL BE DENIED. FOR
 PERMITTING PURPOSES, VALUATION OF BUILDING OR
 ALTERATION THE TOTAL REPLACEMENT PURPOSES, VALUATION OF
 THE ALTERATION SHALL BE THE TOTAL REPLACEMENT VALUE TO
