 1A) IT IS NOT CLEAR AS TO WHAT IS TO OCCUR WITH THIS
 PERMIT. THE PERMIT APPLICATION UNDER THE HEADING OF
 DISCERPTION OF WORK: CHANGE OF OCCUPANCY FROM
 COMMERCIAL TO RESIDENTIAL PROPERTY. THE SUBMITTED FLOOR
 PLAN FROM CORNER STONE C. & D. CORP STATES THE FLOOR
 PLAN IS FOR MULTIFAMILY REMODELING. THE QUESTION IS ARE
 YOU TRYING TO TURN A 3 UNIT APARTMENT BUILDING INTO A
 SINGLE FAMILY DWELLING? OR A ONE- AND TWO-FAMILY
 DWELLING? PALM BEACH COUNTY PROPERTY APPRAISERS OFFICE
 SHOWS THIS PROPERTY TO HAVE HOMESTEAD EXEMPTION FOR
 2022. SUBMIT FLOOR PLAN OF EXISTING CONDITIONS AND
 PROPOSED CHANGES PROPOSED FLOOR PLAN.
  
 1B) IF THIS PERMIT IS TO BE A 1 AND 2 FAMILY DWELLING
 AND THE OWNER IS TO ACT AS THE CONTRACTOR, THEN THEY
 MUST SIGN THE OWNWE/ BUILDER DISCLOSURE STATEMENT, AND
 ABIDE BY THE NOT BEING ABLE TO RENT OR SEEL THE
 PROPERTY FOR ONE YEAR AFTER A CERTIFICATE OF COMPLETION

 WAS COMPLETED WITHOUT PERMIT. IN 2009 THERE WAS A BOARD
 AND SECURE PERMIT ISSUED TO BOARD UP THE BUILDING. A
 TENANT BROKE OUT ALL OF THE GLASS FROM ALL WINDOWS.
 USING GOOGLE STREET SCAPE, IT APPEARS NOT ONLY NEW
 GLAZING IN THE EXISTING WINDOWS, BUT NEW WINDOWS AND
 DOORS WERE INSTALLED WITHOUT PERMIT. THE WINDOW
 OPENINGS SHOW NEW STUCCO AROUND ALL WINDOWS. SUPPLY
 WINDOW SCHEDULE SHOWING NEW WINDOWS, PRODUCT APPROVAL
 FOR ALL WINDOWS, IF THEY ARE LARGE MISSILE RESISTANT
 AND OR IF NON-IMPACT GLAZING THEN SHUTTERS IN
 COMPLIANCE WITH THE EITHER RESIDENTIAL CODE OR THE
 BUILDING CODE DEPENDING ON THE OCCUPANCY TYPE.
