 2.) THE SURVEY PROVIDED IS OUTDATED AND DOES NOT
 REFLECT THE CORRECT LOT LINES OR OWNERSHIP OF THE
 PROPERTY. THE SURVEY SHALL BE UPDATED AND SIGNED AND
 SEALED BY A FLORIDA REGISTERED LAND SURVEYOR.

 OF THE LOT ON WHICH A DOCK IS CONSTRUCTED, AS EXTENDED
 INTO THE WATERWAY. THE MIDDLE ONE-THIRD IS NOT DEPICTED
 ACCURATELY IN THE PLANS AND SHALL BE REVISED TO
 ACCURATELY REFLECT THE MIDDLE ONE THIRD OF THE LOT.

 SIGNED AND SEALED SURVEY, DEPICTING THE MIDDLE
 ONE-THIRD IS NECESSARY TO DETERMINE IF ALL COMPONENTS
 OF THE DOCK IS LOCATED WITHIN THE MIDDLE ONE-THIRD. THE
 INFORMATION FROM THE SURVEY MUST BE TRANSPOSED INTO THE
 SITE PLAN.
  
  
 4.) A DOCK COVENANT IS REQUIRED. THE COVENANT NEEDS TO
 BE RECORDED BEFORE A PERMIT FOR DOCK CONSTRUCTION IS
 ISSUED.

 THROUGH THE CLASS A SPECIAL USE PERMIT PROCESS. THIS
 REQUIRES A SEPARATE APPLICATION AND FEES TO BE
 PROCESSED AND REVIEWED BY THE DEVELOPMENT SERVICES
 DEPARTMENT- PLANNING DIVISION. THE APPLICATION IS
 REQUIRED TO GO THROUGH THE PUBLIC HEARING PROCESS AND
 THE CLASS A SPECIAL USE PERMIT MUST BE GRANTED APPROVAL
 BY THE CITY COMMISSION.
