 PLEASE ADDRESS THE FOLLOWING COMMENTS. RESPOND TO THE
 COMMENTS IN WRITING AND/OR ON THE PLANS WHERE
 APPLICABLE:
  
 1.) PLEASE PROVIDE PROOF THAT THE PROPERTY OWNER IS THE
 HOLDER OF RIPARIAN RIGHTS. PROOF OF RIPARIAN RIGHTS MAY
 BE INCLUDED IN THE DEED FOR THE LAND, ETC. [ZLDR

 2.) LOCATION AND SETBACK OF ANY PORTION OF THE DOCK,
 PILINGS, BOATLIFTS, AND OTHER MOORING-RELATED
 FACILITIES SHALL BE CONSTRUCTED IN THE MIDDLE ONE-THIRD
 OF THE LOT ON WHICH A DOCK IS CONSTRUCTED, AS EXTENDED
 INTO THE WATERWAY. THE MIDDLE ONE-THIRD IS NOT DEPICTED
 ACCURATELY IN THE PLANS AND SHALL BE REVISED TO
 ACCURATELY REFLECT THE MIDDLE ONE THIRD OF THE LOT.

 3.) THE MAXIMUM DOCK LENGTH SHALL NOT EXCEED 100 FT. IN
 LENGTH. ACCORDING TO THE PROVIDED PLANS, THE PROPOSED
 LENGTH OF THE DOCK IS 130 FT. LONG. [ZLDR S.94-313.I.]
  
 4.) THE MAXIMUM WIDTH OF A DOCK SHALL NOT EXCEED 10 FT.
 FINGER PIERS AND TERMINAL PLATFORMS WHICH ARE
 PERPENDICULAR TO THE DOCK AND PARALLEL TO THE SEAWALL,
 BULKHEAD, OR RIPARIAN PROPERTY LINE MAY BE GREATER THAN
 10 FT. IN WIDTH (MEASURED PARALLEL TO THE DOCK)
 PROVIDED THAT THEY REMAIN WITHIN THE MIDDLE ONE-THIRD
 OF THE PROPERTY AND DO NOT EXCEED 10 FT. IN LENGTH
 (MEASURED PERPENDICULAR TO THE DOCK). THE PLANS FOR THE
 DOCK DO NOT COMPLY WITH THE DIMENSIONAL REQUIREMENTS
 FOR DOCK WIDTH. [ZLDR S.94-313.J.]
  
 5.) AT LEAST ONE LADDER SHALL BE PROVIDED FOR EACH
 DOCK, EXTENDING FROM THE DOCK SURFACE TO TWO FEET BELOW
 THE MEAN WATER LINE. THE LADDER HAS NOT BEEN DEPICTED
 IN THE PLANS. [ZLDR S.94-313.L.]
  
 6.) BOAT LIFT(S) SHALL BE DESIGNED BY A REGISTERED
 PROFESSIONAL ENGINEER AND SHALL BE REVIEWED UNDER A
 SEPARATE PERMIT APPLICATION; HOWEVER, THE PLANS MUST
 CLEARLY SHOW WHERE THE BOAT LIFTS WILL BE LOCATED IN
 RELATION TO THE OVERALL DOCK AND THE MIDDLE ONE-THIRD
 OF THE LOT. A PLAN SHEET IMPLIES A BOAT LIFT WILL BE
 DESIGNED INTO THE DOCK; HOWEVER, THE PLACEMENT/LOCATION
 OF THE BOAT LIFT IS NOT PROVIDED IN THE SITE PLAN.

 7.) WILL THERE BE LIGHTING FOR THE DOCK? ANY LIGHT
 FIXTURES FOR THE DOCK MUST BE SHOWN IN THE PLANS;
 HOWEVER, IT MUST BE APPROVED UNDER A SEPARATE PERMIT.
 PER S.94-313.P. OF THE CITY'S ZONING AND LAND
 DEVELOPMENT REGULATIONS (ZLDRS), ARTIFICIAL LIGHTING
 MAY BE INSTALLED ON A DOCK FOR SECURITY OR SAFETY BUT
 SHALL NOT LIGHT SURROUNDING PROPERTIES. BLINKING OR
 INTERMITTENT LIGHTS ARE PROHIBITED. IF LIGHTS ARE TO BE
 PROVIDED, PLEASE PROVIDE A NOTE INDICATING THAT
 LIGHTING WILL BE REVIEWED UNDER A SEPARATE PERMIT AND A
 NOTE STATING THAT THE LIGHTING SHALL NOT LIGHT
 SURROUNDING PROPERTIES; BLINKING OR INTERMITTENT LIGHTS
 ARE PROHIBITED.
  
 8.) SINCE THE PROPERTY IS NON-CONTIGUOUS TO THE WATER,
 WILL THERE BE A SECURITY FENCE INSTALLED? IF SO,
 DETAILS SHALL BE PROVIDED WITH THE PERMIT PLANS THAT
 ARE CONSISTENT WITH THE DESIGN REQUIREMENTS OF THE
 ZLDRS. [ZLDR S.94-313.4.A.]
  
 9.) THE FOLLOWING NOTES SHALL BE PROVIDED IN THE PLANS
 FOR CONSISTENCY WITH THE ZONING REGULATIONS FOR DOCK
 CONSTRUCTION: * THE DOCK IS FOR PRIVATE USE ONLY. * ALL
 DOCKS SHALL HAVE WATER-RESISTANT REFLECTIVE NUMERALS
 CORRESPONDING TO THE STREET ADDRESS OF THE UPLAND
 PROPERTY AND SHALL BE VISIBLE FROM THE WATERWAY.
  
 10.) A DOCK COVENANT IS REQUIRED. THE CONVENANT NEEDS
 TO BE RECORDED BEFORE A PERMIT FOR DOCK CONSTRUCTION IS
 ISSUED.
  
  
 NOTES:
  
 * PLEASE NOTE THAT IF ANY OF THE DIMENSIONAL
 REQUIREMENTS CANNOT BE MET, WAIVERS MUST BE GRANTED
 THROUGH THE CLASS A SPECIAL USE PERMIT PROCESS. THIS
 REQUIRES A SEPARATE APPLICATION AND FEES TO BE
 PROCESSED AND REVIEWED BY THE DEVELOPMENT SERVICES
 DEPARTMENT- PLANNING DIVISION. THE APPLICATION IS
 REQUIRED TO GO THROUGH THE PUBLIC HEARING PROCESS AND
 THE CLASS A SPECIAL USE PERMIT MUST BE GRANTED APPROVAL
 BY THE CITY COMMISSION.
