 2. REMOVE THE PIPED CONNECTIONS BETWEEN THE MAIN
 STORMWATER MANAGEMENT SYSTEM (INCLUDING THE
 EXFILTRATION SYSTEM) AND THE TRENCH DRAINS ACROSS THE
 DRIVEWAYS AT THE BACK OF SIDEWALK. THIS PIPED
 CONNECTIONS LIMIT THE HYDRAULIC HEAD THAT CAN BE
 IMPOSED ON THE MAJOR EXFILTRATION SYSTEM. THE TRENCH
 DRAINS WILL REDUCE THE AMOUNT OF STORMWATER RUNOFF
 FLOWING FROM THE SITE ACROSS THE SIDEWALK AND SHOULD BE
 CONNECTED TO SEPARATE EXFILTRATION TRENCHES OR
 RETENTION AREA(S) TO TREAT THE STORMWATER RUNOFF
 CAPTURED BY THE TRENCH DRAINS. [SATISFIED ? PER CITY?S
 SENIOR STORMWATER ENGINEER?S REVIEW]
  
 3. PRIOR TO THE REMOVAL OR RELOCATION OF ANY TREES ON
 THE PROPERTY, A TREE ALTERATION PERMIT SHALL BE
 SUBMITTED, REVIEWED, AND APPROVED BY THE DEVELOPMENT
 SERVICES DEPARTMENT, PLANNING DIVISION.

 1. PLEASE PROVIDE A COPY OF THE INFORMAL SITE PLAN
