 CORRECTIONS NEEDED -
  
 1) PLEASE SHOW THE HOURLY FIRE RATING FOR THE EXTERIOR
 WALLS THAT ARE 5 FEET FROM THE PROPERTY LINES - FBC
 TABLE 602
  
 2) PLEASE SHOW THE RESTROOM AND MOP SINK AREA WALL
 FINISHES TO COMPLY WITH FBC 1210.2.2 WALLS AND
 PARTITIONS.
 WALLS AND PARTITIONS WITHIN 2 FEET (610 MM) OF SERVICE
 SINKS, URINALS AND WATER CLOSETS SHALL HAVE A SMOOTH,
 HARD, NONABSORBENT SURFACE, TO A HEIGHT OF NOT LESS
 THAN 4 FEET (1219 MM) ABOVE THE FLOOR, (DRYWALL IS NOT
 CONSIDERED A HARD SURFACE)
  
 3) FINISH SCHEDULE SHOWS WOOD BASE BOARD IN THE
 RESTROOM - SHOULD BE A NONABSORBENT MATERIAL - FBC
 1210.2.1 FLOORS AND WALL BASES.
 IN OTHER THAN DWELLING UNITS, TOILET, BATHING AND
 SHOWER ROOM FLOOR FINISH MATERIALS SHALL HAVE A SMOOTH,
 HARD, NONABSORBENT SURFACE. THE INTERSECTIONS OF SUCH
 FLOORS WITH WALLS SHALL HAVE A SMOOTH, HARD,
 NONABSORBENT VERTICAL BASE THAT EXTENDS UPWARD ONTO THE
 WALLS NOT LESS THAN 4 INCHES (102 MM).
  
 4) PLEASE SHOW THE STAIR HANDRAIL EXTENSIONS -
 HORIZONTAL AT TOP AND SLOPE AT BOTTOM PER FBC 1014.6
 HANDRAIL EXTENSIONS.
 HANDRAILS SHALL RETURN TO A WALL, GUARD OR THE WALKING
 SURFACE OR SHALL BE CONTINUOUS TO THE HANDRAIL OF AN
 ADJACENT FLIGHT OF STAIRS OR RAMP RUN. WHERE HANDRAILS
 ARE NOT CONTINUOUS BETWEEN FLIGHTS, THE HANDRAILS SHALL
 EXTEND HORIZONTALLY NOT LESS THAN 12 INCHES (305 MM)
 BEYOND THE TOP RISER AND CONTINUE TO SLOPE FOR THE
 DEPTH OF ONE TREAD BEYOND THE BOTTOM RISER.
  
 5) PLEASE SHOW THE TYPE OF TERMITE PROTECTION PER FBC
 1816
  
 6) ACCESSIBLE RESTROOM - PLEASE SHOW THE MIRROR
 DIMENSIONS FROM THE FINISHED FLOOR TO THE "REFLECTIVE
 SURFACE" PER FBC A 603.3 MIRRORS.
 MIRRORS LOCATED ABOVE LAVATORIES OR COUNTERTOPS SHALL
 BE INSTALLED WITH THE BOTTOM EDGE OF THE REFLECTING
 SURFACE 40 INCHES (1015 MM) MAXIMUM ABOVE THE FINISH
 FLOOR OR GROUND.
  
 7) PLEASE PROVIDE COMPLETE (FRONT PAGES AND THE
 INSTALLATION INSTRUCTIONS) MIAMI DADE OR FLORIDA STATE
 PRODUCT APPROVALS FOR THE EXTERIOR DOORS, EXTERIOR
 WINDOWS AND ROOFING SYSTEMS - ALL PRODUCT APPROVALS
 NEED TO BE REVIEWED AND MARKED APPROVED BY THE BUILDING
 DESIGNER OF RECORD IF NOT LISTED BY THE PRODUCT
 APPROVAL NUMBER ON THE DRAWINGS. FBC WPB 107.3.4
  
 8) SEPARATE PERMITS ARE REQUIRED FOR - DUMPSTER
 ENCLOSURE, PARKING LOT, SITE LIGHTING, EXISTING
 BUILDING DEMO - PLEASE ACKNOWLEDGE THIS.
  
 9) ITEMS SUCH AS ROOFING SYSTEMS, WINDOW AND DOOR
 PRODUCT APPROVALS, CANOPY DETAILS ETC. MAY BE DEFERRED
 SUBMITTALS BY LISTING ITEMS TO BE DEFERRED ON THE
 CONSTRUCTION DOCUMENTS - FBC WPB 107.3.4.1 DEFERRED
 SUBMITTALS. FOR THE PURPOSES OF THIS SECTION, DEFERRED
 SUBMITTALS ARE DEFINED AS THOSE PORTIONS OF THE DESIGN
 THAT ARE NOT SUBMITTED AT THE TIME OF THE APPLICATION
 AND THAT ARE TO BE SUBMITTED TO THE BUILDING OFFICIAL
 WITHIN A SPECIFIED PERIOD. DEFERRAL OF ANY SUBMITTAL
 ITEMS SHALL HAVE THE PRIOR APPROVAL OF THE BUILDING
 OFFICIAL. THE REGISTERED DESIGN PROFESSIONAL IN
 RESPONSIBLE CHARGE SHALL LIST THE DEFERRED SUBMITTALS
 ON THE CONSTRUCTION DOCUMENTS FOR REVIEW BY THE
 BUILDING OFFICIAL. DOCUMENTS FOR DEFERRED SUBMITTAL
 ITEMS SHALL BE SUBMITTED TO THE REGISTERED DESIGN
 PROFESSIONAL IN RESPONSIBLE CHARGE WHO SHALL REVIEW
 THEM AND FORWARD THEM TO THE BUILDING OFFICIAL WITH A
 NOTATION INDICATING THAT THE DEFERRED SUBMITTAL
 DOCUMENTS HAVE BEEN REVIEWED AND FOUND TO BE IN GENERAL
 CONFORMANCE TO THE DESIGN OF THE BUILDING. THE DEFERRED
 SUBMITTAL ITEMS SHALL NOT BE INSTALLED UNTIL THE
 DEFERRED SUBMITTAL DOCUMENTS HAVE BEEN APPROVED BY THE
 BUILDING OFFICIAL.
