 SHALL COMPLY WITH THE REQUIREMENTS OF THE FLORIDA
 BUILDING CODE, BUILDING.

 FINISH.
 2020 FBC-B 1210.2.2. WALLS & PARTITIONS. THIS COMMENT
 IS A RESULT OF THE BUILDING OFFICIAL INTERPRETATION ON
 06/2020. IN BATHROOMS, RESTROOMS & SERVICE SINK AREAS
 EPOXY PAINT IS NO LONGER CONSIDERED A SMOOTH HARD,
 NON-ABSORBENT SURFACE.
  
 1A) 1210.2.2 WALLS & PARTITIONS WITHIN 2 FEET OF
 SERVICE SINKS, URINALS, AND WATER CLOSETS SHALL HAVE A
 SMOOTH, HARD, NON-ABSORBENT SURFACE TO A HEIGHT OF NOT
 LESS THAN 4 FEET ABOVE THE FLOOR, EXCEPT FOR STRUCTURAL
 ELEMENTS, THE MATERIAL USED IN SUCH WALLS SHALL BE OF A
 TYPE THAT IS NOT ADVERSELY AFFECTED BY MOISTURE.
  
 1B) 2509.1. WET AREAS. SHOWERS AND PUBLIC TOILET WALLS
 SHALL COMPLY WITH 1210.2.
  
 1C) 1210.2. FINISH MATERIALS. WALLS, BASE, FLOORS AND
 PARTITIONS IN TOILET AND BATHROOMS SHALL COMPLY WITH
 SECTIONS 1210.1 THROUGH 1210.4.

 THE COMMON HALL AND A DIRECTIONAL EXIT LIGHT IN THE
 COMMON CORRIDOR AND EXIT LIGHT AT THE EXIT. 2020

 AND EXTENDING 54 INCHES (1370 MM) MINIMUM FROM THE REAR

 TOPS OF WORK SURFACES SHALL BE 28 INCHES MINIMUM AND 34
 INCHES MAXIMUM ABOVE THE FINISH FLOOR OR GROUND.

 IS A ONE-HOUR FIRE RATED SHARED CORRIDOR. SHEET M-1
 SHOWS AIR CONDITIONING DUCTS AND RETURN DUCTS ENTERING
 THE ONE-HOUR FIRE RATED CORRIDOR WITH NO FIRE DAMPER.
