 PLEASE ADDRESS THE FOLLOWING COMMENTS. RESPOND TO THE
 COMMENTS IN WRITING AND/OR ON THE PLANS WHERE
 APPLICABLE:
  
 1.) THE SURVEY OF THE PROPERTY IS FROM 1979 AND IS
 OUTDATED, AS THE STRUCTURES ON THE PROPERTY PROVIDED
 FROM RECENT AERIAL IMAGES DO NOT MATCH THE SURVEY.
 PLEASE PROVIDE AN UPDATED SURVEY OF THE PROPERTY.
  
 2.) THE PARKING LOT IDENTIFIED IN THE SCOPE OF WORK
 SEEMS TO BE A SEPARATE PARCEL FROM THE ADJACENT USE
 (ALSO OWNED BY THE SAME PROPERTY OWNER). A UNITY OF
 TITLE, JOINING THE PARKING LOT PARCEL WITH THE PRIMARY
 USE IS REQUIRED, AS A STAND-ALONE PARKING LOT WITHIN
 THE INDUSTRIAL (I) ZONING DISTRICT REQUIRES A CLASS B
 SPECIAL USE PERMIT.
  
 3.) CLEARLY SHOW ALL ACCESS POINTS INTO THE PROPERTY.
 HOW WIDE IS/ARE THE INGRESS/EGRESS POINT AT THE
 PROPERTY LINE? THE WIDTH OF A TWO-WAY INGRESS/EGRESS
 POINT CANNOT EXCEED 24 FT. IN WIDTH AT THE PROPERTY
 LINE. PLEASE PROVIDE DIMENSION TO DEMONSTRATE
 COMPLIANCE WITH THE ZLDRS. [ZLDR S.94-312.1.]
  
 4.) CLEARLY SHOW ALL BACK OUT AREAS WITHIN THE SITE
 PLAN FOR THE PARKING LOT IMPROVEMENT, INCLUDING
 DIMENSIONS AND HATCHING/STRIPING TO INDICATE SUCH AREAS
 ARE FOR BACKOUT.
  
 5.) LANDSCAPING FOR THE PARKING LOT SHALL BE UPGRADED
 TO MEET THE CURRENT REQUIREMENTS OF ARTICLE XIV OF THE
 CITY'S ZONING AND LAND DEVELOPMENT REGULATIONS (ZLDRS),
 INCLUDING, BUT NOT LIMITED TO LANDSCAPE BUFFERS,
 TERMINAL ISLANDS, ETC. [ZLDRS, ARTICLE XIV -
 LANDSCAPING, LAND CLEARING, TREE PROTECTION AND
 ARTIFICIAL TURF]
  
 6.) ONE INTERIOR LANDSCAPE ISLAND SHALL BE REQUIRED FOR
 EVERY TEN (10) PARKING SPACES IN A ROW. INTERIOR
 LANDSCAPE ISLANDS SHALL BE AT LEAST 8 FT. WIDE MEASURED
 FROM THE INSIDE OF THE CURB AND SHALL CONTAIN AT LEAST
 ONE SHADE OR FLOWERING TREE PER ROW OF PARKING. THE
 PROPOSED PARKING LOT LAYOUT DOES NOT CONFORM TO THE
 STANDARDS OF THE ZLDRS. PLEASE ADDRESS FOR CONSISTENCY.

 7.) A SEPARATE LANDSCAPE PERMIT SUBMISSION AND APPROVAL
 SHALL BE REQUIRED PRIOR TO ZONING SIGN-OFF OF THIS
