 PLEASE ADDRESS THE FOLLOWING COMMENTS. RESPOND TO THE
 COMMENTS IN WRITING AND/OR ON THE PLANS WHERE
 APPLICABLE:
  
 1.) SITE PLAN (6 COURTS) IS NOT CONSISTENT WITH THE
 PLANS THAT ARE BEING APPROVED FOR THE TENNIS COURT
 PROJECT (SCOPE OF WORK HAS BEEN CHANGED FROM 6 COURTS
 TO 4 COURTS). ALL PLANS ASSOCIATED WITH THE PROJECT
 MUST MATCH FOR CONSISTENCY.
  
 2.) MAKE SURE THAT WHEN SUBMITTING THE CORRECT/MATCHING
 SITE PLAN THAT SETBACK DISTANCES FROM THE POLE FIXTURES
 TO THE PROPERTY LINE(S) ARE PROVIDED. A MINIMUM POLE
 SETBACK OF 5 FT. FROM THE PROPERTY LINE IS REQUIRED.
  
 3.) A PHOTOMETRIC PLAN MATCHING THE APPROVED PLANS FOR
 THE TENNIS COURTS (4 COURTS) MUST BE PROVIDED WITH THE
 SUBMITTAL.
