 FOR CONSISTENCY WITH THE PERMIT APPLICATION AND THE
 PROPOSED PLANNED DEVELOPMENT APPLICATION.]
  
  
 3.) THE PHOTOMETRIC PLAN MUST SHOW PHOTOMETRIC SPILL
 OVER BEYOND THE PROPERTY LINES. PER THE ZONING AND LAND
 DEVELOPMENT REGULATIONS (ZLDRS), ANY SOURCE OF
 ILLUMINATION SHALL NOT EXCEED ONE FOOT CANDLE AT OR
 BEYOND THE PROPERTY LINES. [ZLDR S.94-207(D)]
