 PLEASE ADDRESS THE ITEMS NOTED BELOW:
  
 1) IT APPEARS THAT YOU INTEND TO REPLACE ALL OF THE
 PLUMBING IN A TWO STORY (4) UNIT APARTMENT BUILDING
 THAT WAS CONSTRUCTED IN 1930. THIS WORK WILL REQUIRE
 THE WALLS, FLOORS AND CEILINGS TO BE OPENED FOR ACCESS
 TO REPLACE THE EXISTING PLUMBING. THE TENANT SEPARATION
 WALLS BETWEEN THE UNITS ARE REQUIRED TO HAVE A ONE HOUR
 FIRE RESISTIVE RATING. A BUILDING CONTRACTOR IS
 REQUIRED TO OBTAIN A PERMIT TO COMPLETE THIS WORK. FBC
 AMENDMENTS 105.1
  
 2) PROVIDE A FULL SCOPE OF WORK. SPECIFY IF NEW
 FIXTURES, VANITIES AND KITCHEN CABINETS WILL BE
 INSTALLED. FBC AMENDMENTS 107.2.1
  
 3) PROVIDE AN EXISTING FLOOR PLAN AND A PROPOSED FLOOR
 PLAN. FBC AMENDMENTS 107.2
  
 4) SPECIFY THE LEVEL OF ALTERATION ON THE PLANS PER THE
 FBC EXISTING BUILDING CHAPTER 6.
  
 5) PROVIDE DETAILS FOR THE ONE HOUR FIRE RESISTANCE
 RATED TENANT SEPARATION WALLS AND FOR THE PROTECTION OF
 OPENINGS OR PENETRATIONS IN THESE WALLS. FBC 714
  
 6) PLEASE SUBMIT A RESPONSE LETTER INDICATING HOW EACH
 OF THE REVIEW COMMENTS HAS BEEN ADDRESSED. PLEASE NOTE
 THAT SUBMITTAL OF ADDITIONAL AND/OR REVISED MATERIALS
