 GARAGE DOOR NOA 20-1015.18 SUBMITTED:
 (1)THE SIZE OF THIS GARAGE DOOR DOESN'T MEET THE SIZE
 OF GARAGE DOOR SPECIFIED ON PLANS. NEED TO RESUBMIT.
  
 (2) THE DESIGN PRESSURES OF THIS GARAGE DOOR DOESN'T
 MEET THE DESIGN PRESSURES CALCULATED BY THE ARCHITECT
 OF RECORD. NEED TO RESUBMIT.

 B) EXTERIOR SWING DOOR.
  
 RESPONSE:
 DOOR PRODUCT APPROVAL SUBMITTED IS INCOMPLETE. NEED TO
 PROVIDE COMPLETE FLORIDA PRODUCT APPROVAL, INCLUDING
 THE FLORIDA PRODUCT APPROVAL COVER PAGE THAT
 CORRESPONDS TO THE DRAWINGS SUBMITTED. THE FLORIDA
 PRODUCT APPROVAL IS REQUIRED BECAUSE IT SHOWS IF
 PRODUCT IS APPROVED AND CURRENT CODE IN EFFECT. CHAPTER
 553 F.S.

 2- DESIGNER OF RECORD TO REVIEW AND APPROVE IN WRITING
 (NOT SIGNING AND SEALING) ALL PRODUCT APPROVALS AS
 REQUIRED BY SEC. 107.3.4.1 CITY AMENDMENTS.

 REPEAT COMMENT. PRODUCT APPROVALS WERE NOT REVIEWED BY
 THE ARCHITECT OF RECORD.
  
 NEW COMMENT:
 3- CLARIFY WHY SUBMITTING WINDOW PRODUCT APPROVAL FOR
 THIS PROJECT. PLANS DON'T SHOW ANY WINDOWS. SEC.
