 1 NOTE 07: SHOW EXISTING PLUMBING AND FIXTURE
 LOCATIONS. B) SHEET 2 NOTE 07: SHOW NEW PLUMBING AND
 FIXTURE LOCATIONS.
  
 2) FAILED. SHEETS 1 & 2 FAIR HOUSING ACT COMPLIANCE:
 THE STRAND CONDOMINIUMS WERE DESIGNED AND CONSTRUCTED
 IN COMPLIANCE THE FAIR HOUSING ACT DESIGN MANUAL,
 THEREFORE THE PROPOSED ALTERATIONS TO THE KITCHEN AND
 BATHROOM IN UNIT 1502 SHALL ALSO BE IN COMPLIANCE.
 PLEASE PROVIDE CODE DATA INFORMATION ON SHEET 1 THAT
 INCLUDES COMPLIANCE WITH THE FAIR HOUSING ACT DESIGN
 MANUAL AND THE CURRENT FLORIDA BUILDING CODES- 2020 7TH
 EDITION. THE FAIR HOUSING ACCESSIBILITY GUIDELINES ARE
 INCLUDED IN THE FLORIDA ACCESSIBILITY CODE- 2020 7TH
 EDITION AND THE FAIR HOUSING DESIGN ACT MANUAL.
  
 A) SHEET 2: INDICATE SPECIFICATIONS TYPE A OR B
 COMPLIANCE FOR THE BATHROOMS- THE ARCHITECT SHALL
 SPECIFY WHICH USABLE BATHROOM SPECIFICATION TYPE A OR B
 WAS CHOSEN AS THE ORIGINAL DESIGN. PLEASE REFER TO
 PAGES 7.34- 7.39 OF THE FAIR HOUSING DESIGN ACT MANUAL
 FOR EXPLANATORY INFORMATION ON SPECIFICATION A & B. AN
 ENLARGED DIMENSIONED BATHROOM DRAWING WITH ELEVATION
 DETAILS WILL BE REQUIRED IN ORDER TO VERIFY COMPLIANCE
 FOR THE NEW FIXTURE INSTALLATIONS- SECTION 107.2.1 WPB.
  
 B) SHOW REQUIRED CLEAR FLOOR SPACE DIAGRAMS AND
 DIMENSIONS AT ALL NEW OR RELOCATED PLUMBING FIXTURES
 AND KITCHEN APPLIANCES. REFER TO-
 PAGES 7.1- 7.6 CLEAR FLOOR SPACES FOR SINKS AND
 APPLIANCES
 PAGES 7.7- 7.11 CLEARANCES BETWEEN KITCHEN COUNTERS AND
 ALL OPPOSING ELEMENTS.
 PAGES 7.12- 7.16 REMOVABLE SINK AND APPLIANCE CABINET
 DOORS INCLUDING KNEE SPACES.
 PAGES 7.40-7.46 WATER CLOSET CLEAR FLOOR SPACES.
 PAGES 7.47- 7.52: LAVATORY AND VANITY CLEAR FLOOR AND
 KNEE AND TOE CLEARANCES.
 PAGES 7.56- 7.52: SHOWER CLEAR FLOOR SPACE DIAGRAM WITH
 DIMENSIONS.
  
 3) SHEET 2 BASED ON EITHER SPECIFICATION A OR B PLEASE
 REFER TO PAGES 6.12- 6.13 AND PROVIDE AND ELEVSTION
 DETAIL SHOWING THE SHOWER CONTROLS LOCATION, AND THE
 GRAB BAR AND SEAT REINFORCEMENT DETAILS. SHOW THE
 LENGTHS, WIDTHS AND HEIGHTS AND THE TYPE OF
 REINFORCEMENT MATERIAL TO BE USED. SEE SECTION 603.1
 FOR ALLOWABLE MATERIALS IN NON-COMBUSTIBLE BUILDINGS
  
 PLEASE NOTE: AS AN ALTERNATIVE TO MEETING THE
 GUIDELINES FOR THE KITCHEN & BATH ALTERATIONS, THE
 OWNER AND DESIGNER OF RECORD FOR THE PROPOSED PROJECT
 MAY PROVIDE A SIGNED AND NOTARIZED AFFIDAVIT WHICH
 WOULD INDICATE ACKNOWLEDGEMENT THAT THE PROPOSED DESIGN
 DOES NOT MEET THE REQUIREMENTS OF THE FAIR HOUSING
 ACCESSIBILITY GUIDELINES, BUT WILL ALSO REQUIRE THE
 OWNER TO AGREE TO REVERT THE UNIT BACK TO COMPLIANCE AT
 TIME OF SALE IF REQUESTED BY THE BUYER. IF THIS OPTION
 IS CHOSEN, PLEASE SEND AN EMAIL TO [email protected] AND I
 WILL SEND A COPY OF THE FAIR HOUSING AFFIDAVIT.
  
 WHEN RESUBMITTING, IT IS HELPFUL TO PROVIDE A RESPONSE
 LETTER ADDRESSING EACH ITEM ALONG WITH THE CITY
