 AND UNNECESSARY DELAYS KEEP IN MIND THAT STAIRWAY
 LANDING CAN NOT BE LESS THAN 36" AND READ SEC. R311.7.5

 REPEAT COMMENT. REVISED PLAN SHOWS 2'-0" STAIR BOTTOM
 LANDING. THE MINIMUM BOTTOM LANDING DIMENSION OF 36"
 WAS NOT PROVIDED AS REQUESTED ON PREVIOUS COMMENT TO
 AVOID MORE DELAYS. REVISE AS REQUIRED. SEC. R11.7.6
