 CONSTRUCTION ELEMENTS, COMPONENTS, SYSTEMS, AND SPACES
 SHALL COMPLY WITH THE REQUIREMENTS OF THE FLORIDA
 BUILDING CODE, BUILDING.

 SUBMITTED PRODUCT APPROVAL FOR STOREFRONTS FL 21334-R2
 AND FL 18413-R4 FOR EXTERIOR DOORS. IF THEY ARE TO BE
 REVIEWED:
  
 2) IDENTIFY GLAZING/ MULLIONS. PLEASE IDENTIFY IN THE
 PRODUCT APPROVAL BEFORE SUBMITTING TO DESIGNER OF
 RECORD AND BEFORE SUBMISSION TO THE BUILDING
 DEPARTMENT. FOR ALL PRODUCTS WITH GLAZING, PLEASE
 IDENTIFY THE OPENING WIDTH & HEIGHT, SILL HEIGTH, TYPE
 OF GLAZING, MULLION SIZE, LENGTH IF UNREINFORCED OR
 REINFORCED INFORMATION IF REQUIRED, ATTACHMENTS AND
 ASSOCIATE PRESSURES FOR EACH OPENING SIZE. 2020 FBC-B
 1405.13.1 INSTALLATION. WINDOWS AND DOORS SHALL BE
 INSTALLED IN ACCORDANCE WITH APPROVED MANUFACTURER?S
 INSTRUCTIONS. FASTENER SIZE AND SPACING SHALL BE
 PROVIDED IN SUCH INSTRUCTIONS AND SHALL BE CALCULATED
 BASED ON MAXIMUM LOADS AND SPACING USED IN THE TESTS.
  
 3) SHEET S0.10 DOES PROVIDE THE WIND DESIGN CRITERIA.
 SHEETS S0.40 & S0.50 ARE FOUR TO FIVE PSF FOR THE
 NEGATIVE PRESSURES THAN GIVEN ENGINEERING SHEETS BASED
 ON KD=0.85? 107.2.1.2 ADDITIONAL INFORMATION IS
 REQUIRED.
  
 4) NO PRESSURES GIVEN FOR ROOF ZONES 1, 2, OR 3. ASCE
 7-10 TABLE 30.3.1.
  
 5) THERE IS NO SURVEY SUBMITTED THIS REVIEW CYCLE.
 SHEET S3.01 SHOWS NEW OPENINGS PER FLOOR AREA. PLEASE
 PROVIDE THE MAXIMUM AREA OF EXTERIOR WALL OPENINGS
 BASED ON FIRE SEPARATION DISTANCE AND DEGREE OF OPENING
 PROTECTION. SEE TABLE 705.8. AREA IS TO BE TAKEN PER
 STORY. ALLEY WAYS ARE 14 FEET WIDE AND ONLY ? OF THE
 ALLEY WIDTH CAN BE TAKEN.
  
 6) SHEET A3.0.1 NOTE # 9 INDICATES THE USE OF NANA DOOR
 SYSTEMS. DEPENDING ON THE OCCUPANCY TYPE, OCCUPANCY
 LOAD COMPLIANCE WITH SECTION 1010.1.2.1 OF THE 2020
 FBC-BUILDING CODE MAYBE DIFFICULT TO OBTAIN FOR EGRESS
 PURPOSES.
  
 7) WELDED OR BOLTED CONNECTIONS. THIS BUILDING CONTAINS
 EITHER BOLTED AND OR WELDED CONNECTIONS. THE CONTRACTOR
 IS REQUIRED TO PROVIDE WELD PROCEDURE SPECIFICATIONS &
 WELDER OPERATOR PERFORMANCE QUALIFICATION RECORDS IN
 ACCORDANCE WITH THE REFERENCED STANDARDS AT TIME OF
 INSPECTION FOR FIELD WIELDING, ON THE JOB-SITE
 WIELDING. THIRD PARTY CERTIFICATION WILL BE REQUIRED.
 THE OWNER MAY JUST HIRE A 3RD PARTY ENGINEERING FIRM TO
 COMPLETE AND APPROVE THE FORMER INSPECTIONS. REPORTS
 SUBMITTED TO BUILDING INSPECTOR AT TIME OF FRAMING
 INSPECTION.

 1. WELD PROCEDURES SPECIFICATIONS
 2. QUALIFICATIONS OF WELDING PERSONAL
 2017 FBC-B 2204.2 BOLTING.
