 1) THERE ARE DISCREPANCIES IN THE SETBACK DIMENSIONS
 LISTED ON THE SURVEY AND THE SITE PLAN FOR THE SIDE
 SETBACKS. THE SURVEY SHOWS NO REAR SETBACK; HOWEVER, IT
 SCALES DIFFERENTLY THAN THE SETBACK DIMENSION PROVIDED
 ON THE SITE PLAN. WHILE ALL THE SETBACK DIMENSIONS
 PROVIDED COMPLY WITH THE ZONING MINIMUMS, ALL PLANS
 MUST SHOW THE SAME, ACCURATE INFORMATION.
  
 2) THE PLANS MUST SHOW THE SETBACK DIMENSION FROM THE
 EDGE OF THE AC EQUIPMENT PAD TO THE PROPERTY LINE. IT
 MAY NOT ENCROACH MORE THAN 4 FEET INTO THE REQUIRED
 SETBACK. BASED ON THE SETBACKS, IT MAY BE NO CLOSER
 THAN 5.5 FEET TO THE PROPERTY LINE.
  
 3) AC DIMENSION FROM HOUSE IS SHOWN AS 1 FOOT (FLOOR
 PLAN) AND 1.5 FEET (MECHANICAL PLAN) ON DIFFERENT
 PLANS. ALL PLANS NEED TO SHOW THE SAME, ACCURATE
 CONDITIONS.
  
 4) PRIOR TO ZONING APPROVAL OF THIS PERMIT, YOU MUST
 SUBMIT A LANDSCAPE PERMIT, WITH A CODE COMPLIANT
 LANDSCAPE PLAN, FOR THE PROPERTY.
  
 5) SEPARATE PERMITS ARE REQUIRED FOR THE:
  
 A. DRIVEWAY AND APPROACH.
 B. IRRIGATION
