| SHOW THE MAJORITY OF THE ELEVATIONS LESS THAN WHAT IS |
| SHOWN ON THE TABLE, TO INCLUDE THE LABEL ON THE SOUTH |
| ELEVATION DRAWING THAT STATES, "8.5 NAVD AVERAGE |
| FINISHED GRADE", WHILE THE TABLE LISTS THE ENTIRE SOUTH |
| ELEVATION HEIGHT AS 9.15 NAVD. ADDITIONALLY, THE ENTIRE |
| SOUTH ELEVATION IS NOT AT EVEN 8.5 NAVD AS THE WEST |
| SIDE GRADE SLOPES DOWN. THERE ALSO SEEM TO BE |
| DISCREPANCIES WITH THE C-1 SITE PLAN AND THE ELEVATIONS |
| AND THE TABLE. |
| C. STAFF REVIEWED THE DRAWINGS AND BASED ON THE NORMAL |
| WAY THAT AVERAGE GRADE IS CALCULATED (CORNER POINTS OF |
| THE BUILDING), THE STAFF CALCULATED AVERAGE GRADE IS |
| APPROXIMATELY 7.5 NAVD, WHICH RESULTS IN THE HOUSE |
| EXCEEDING THE PERMITTED BUILDING HEIGHT. |

| 2) REPEAT COMMENT: THERE ARE TWO SEPARATE KITCHEN AREAS |
| SHOWN, WHICH IS NOT PERMITTED IN A SINGLE-FAMILY HOUSE. |
