 1) UPDATED COMMENT: PROVIDE THE HEIGHT DIMENSIONS IN
 ACCORDANCE WITH THE CITY'S ZONING AND LAND DEVELOPMENT
 CODE REGULATIONS - THE HEIGHT SHALL BE MEASURED AS THE
 VERTICAL DISTANCE FROM THE AVERAGE ELEVATION OF THE
 FINISHED GRADE OF THE BUILDING TO THE HIGHEST POINT OF
 THE TOP OF THE STRUCTURE OF A FLAT ROOF, OR TO THE DECK
 LINE OF A MANSARD ROOF, OR TO THE MEAN HEIGHT LEVEL
 BETWEEN EAVES AND RIDGE FOR GABLE, HIP, AND GAMBREL
 ROOFS. THE MEASURE POINT NEEDS TO START AT THE AVERAGE
 FINISHED GRADE, NOT THE TOP OF THE FLOOR SLAB AND
 INCLUDE THE HIGHEST RIDGE AND THE EAVE DIMENSIONS. ****
 PLEASE PROVIDE HOW YOU DETERMINED THE AVERAGE ELEVATION
 OF SIX INCHES BELOW THE SLAB WHEN THERE IS A
 SIGNIFICANT PERCENTAGE OF THE GRADE FOR THE WESTERN
 PORTION OF THE HOUSE IS 2-3 FEET BELOW THE SLAB.
  
 2) REPEAT COMMENT: THERE ARE TWO SEPARATE KITCHEN AREAS
 SHOWN, WHICH IS NOT PERMITTED IN A SINGLE-FAMILY HOUSE.
 **** ALL SHEETS NEED TO BE UPDATED TO REFLECT THE
 REMOVAL OF THE OVEN IN THE BUTLER PANTRY, INCLUDING THE
 PIPING PLANS, THE POWER PLANS, THE ELECTRIC SCHEDULES,
 THE MECHANICAL PLANS, THE REFLECTED CEILING PLAN, AND
 THE FIRST FLOOR DIMENSION PLAN.
  
 3) UPDATED COMMENT: THE PLANS SHOW ARTIFICIAL TURF,
 WHICH IS ONLY LOCATED WITHIN THE SIDE OR REAR SETBACK,
 WHICH IS NOT WHERE YOU HAVE SHOWN IT. **** THE RESPONSE
 STATES THAT THE LANDSCAPE PLANS DO NOT SHOW ARTIFICIAL
 TURF; HOWEVER, THERE IS A NOTE ON SHEET L1 THAT STATES,
 "STRIP DRAIN UNDER ART TURF" AND SHEET C1 HAS AN AREA
 LABELED AS "ARTIFICIAL TURF".
  
 4) SEPARATE PERMITS ARE REQUIRED FOR THE ITEMS LISTED
 BELOW. PLEASE NOTE THAT STAFF HAS NOT FULLY REVIEWED
 ANY OF THE ITEMS AS PART OF THIS PERMIT APPLICATION TO
 VERIFY THAT THE INFORMATION SHOWN COMPLIES WITH CODE
 BUT HAS NOTED SOME ITEMS AS LISTED. THIS PERMIT REVIEW
 IS ONLY FOR THE HOUSE.

 PERMITTED.
