| THE FLOOR PLAN LAYOUT INDICATES THE WORK TO BE |
| PERFORMED UNDER THIS PERMIT IS A CORNER UNIT OF A |
| HIGHRISE BUILDING. THE WIND LOAD CHART UNDER NOTES |
| STATES WHAT IS CONSIDERED AN END ZONE 10% OF THE LEAST |
| HORIZONTAL DISTANCE OF THE BUILDING OR 40% OF THE MRH, |
| BUT NOT LESS THAN 4% OF THE LEAST HORIZONTAL DISTANCE |
| OR 3 FT. THE CONTRACTOR HAS NOT IDENTIFIED WHAT THE |
| LEAST HORIZONTAL DISTANCE IS FOR THE BUILDING NOR THE |
| LOCATION OF THE UNIT IN RELATIONSHIP TO THE BUILDING |
