 SHALL COMPLY WITH THE REQUIREMENTS OF THE FLORIDA
 BUILDING CODE, BUILDING.

 AUTHOR IS OF THE PLAN. CERTIFICATION BY CONTRACTOR.
 107.3.4.3. THE CONTRACTOR (QUALIFIER) THAT CREATED /
 DREW THE SET OF PLANS WILL NEED TO IDENTIFY THEMSELVES
 AS THE AUTHOR OF THE PLANS. PLEASE PRINT YOUR NAME,
 SIGN YOUR NAME AND LICENSE NUMBER FOR THE TRADE YOU ARE
 LICENSED IN AND PLANS DRAWN.
  
 2) DRAWING 1 WRIGHT?S FLOOR PLAN IT APPEARS IS TRYING
 TO CREATE A CORNER POST/ COLUMN BY USING (3) 2X5 S,
 COVER GAP WITH 5/8 INCH PLYWOOD AND WRAP WITH
 BREAK-METAL. PLEASE NOTE THERE IS NO INFORMATION AS TO
 WHAT TYPE OF METAL STUDS ARE GOING TO BE USED.
 ARCHITECTURAL OR STRUCTURAL, GAUGE, SCREW SIZE OR
 SPACING TO CREATE THE COLUMN, TOP AND BOTTOM PLATES,
 ANCHORS TO CONCRETE, ANCHORS INTO THE METAL COLUMN,
 TYPE OF ANCHORS AND SPACING TO SECURE THE PLYWOOD, TYPE
 OF MATERIAL AND THICKNESS TO SEPARATE THE STEEL SCREWS
 OF THE SUB SHEATHING AND ALUMINUM BREAK METAL TO STOP
 ELECTROLYSIS FROM OCCURRING. THIS STRUCTURE NEEDS TO BE
 ENGINEERED WITH CALCULATIONS FOR THE LATERAL FORCES IT
 IS GOING TO NEED TO RESIST WITH SAFETY FACTOR. SEE THE
 DEFINITIONS FOR ENGINEERING 2021 FS 471.005(7).
  
 3) MISSING 2020 FBC-B 1603.1.4 WIND DESIGN DATA. THE
 FOLLOWING INFORMATION RELATED TO WIND LOADS SHALL BE
 SHOWN, REGARDLESS OF WHETHER WIND LOADS GOVERN THE
 DESIGN OF THE LATERAL FORCE-RESISTING SYSTEM OF THE
 STRUCTURE:
  
 3.1. ULTIMATE DESIGN WIND SPEED, VULT, (3-SECOND GUST),
 MILES PER HOUR AND NOMINAL DESIGN WIND SPEED, VASD, AS
 DETERMINED IN ACCORDANCE WITH SECTION 1609.3.1.
  
 3.2. RISK CATEGORY.
  
 3.3. WIND EXPOSURE. APPLICABLE WIND DIRECTION IF MORE
 THAN ONE WIND EXPOSURE IS UTILIZED. TABLE 1609.7.2.
 HEIGHT AND EXPOSURE. ASCE 7-16 TABLE 30.3.1.
  
 3.4. APPLICABLE INTERNAL PRESSURE COEFFICIENT.

 BY THE REGISTERED DESIGN PROFESSIONAL RESPONSIBLE FOR
 THE DESIGN OF THE STRUCTURE, PSF.
  
 3.6. TABLE 1609.7(2) ADJUSTMENT FACTORS FOR HEIGHT &
 EXPOSURE. PROVIDE THE MEAN ROOF HEIGHT FOR THE
 BUILDING. ASCE 7-10 TABLE 30.3.1. 1609.3.1 WIND SPEED
 CONVERSION VULT TO VASD.
  
  
 4) THE FLOOR PLAN STATES THIS IS A 220 FOOT HIGHRISE
 BUILDING BUT THERE WAS NO ENGINEERING SHEET FOR
 COMPONENTS AND CLADDING SUBMITTED NOR WHICH WINDOWS AND
 DOORS ARE IN WALL ZONE 4 AND 5. BUILDING END ZONES (5).
 THE FLOOR PLAN LAYOUT INDICATES THE WORK TO BE
 PERFORMED UNDER THIS PERMIT IS A CORNER UNIT OF A
 HIGHRISE BUILDING. THE WIND LOAD CHART UNDER NOTES
 STATES WHAT IS CONSIDERED AN END ZONE 10% OF THE LEAST
 HORIZONTAL DISTANCE OF THE BUILDING OR 40% OF THE MRH,
 BUT NOT LESS THAN 4% OF THE LEAST HORIZONTAL DISTANCE
 OR 3 FT. THE CONTRACTOR HAS NOT IDENTIFIED WHAT THE
 LEAST HORIZONTAL DISTANCE IS FOR THE BUILDING NOR THE
 LOCATION OF THE UNIT IN RELATIONSHIP TO THE BUILDING
 AND THE INTERCOASTAL WATERWAY. EXAMPLE ONLY. IF THE
 BUILDING HEIGHT IS APPROXIMATELY 180 FT. (MRH.) X 0.40=
 72 FEET. THIS WOULD PUT ALL OPENINGS IN WIND ZONE 5 OR
 10% OF THE LEAST HORIZONTAL DISTANCE OF THE BUILDING,
 ALSO UNKNOWN.
  
 5A) THE REVIEW OF THE SUBMITTED PRODUCT APPROVALS CAN
 NOT OCCUR WITH ALL OF THE UNKNOWNS LISTED IN COMMENT 4
 AND 5.
